They were uncooked. Not even warm enough to melt butter. I had mine taken back and reheated and even with the oven and everything they were unable to melt the butter on top of the potato. My daughter didn't complain and just picked at hers while we waited. After spending an extra 10 minutes in the oven the butter was still not melted. I'm not 100% on cooking but I'm pretty sure thats not how it works. They took off $5 for the potato (out of the $25 price) and then the waitress tried to defend it by saying it was the type of cheddar that kept it from melting. I really hope they fail and we can get a competent dive bar here because it is nice to get a late night drink.

We grabbed a table pretty quickly and the server checked in often enough without hovering. I ordered a burger and a couple drinks while my friend got fish and chips. Food came out hot and the timing between drinks and meals was handled well. One thing I noticed was how calm the staff stayed even when the place filled up. Nobody seemed irritated or rushed.
