I was ripped off, billing practices are terrible. The young girls there will not help, each time they take money from me its "sorry" and they blame insurance. DO NOT use Taos Dental Group. They are just taking as much money as they can get away with. Billing practices are terrible, people are terrible, communication by the entire staff is terrible. You would think someone would communicate if a bill is going to be 2 grand. They sent me a bill after I was told I was paid in full. If you don't pay it, they just send it to collections. what a rip off, way better dentists in Taos. Wish I had never gone there.
