I used McCleaned for a one-time cleaning and they were fantastic. Our new-ish apartment wasn't very clean when we moved in, and we hadn't been great about cleaning over the past two months. It was pretty dirty. After reading reviews, I chose McCleaned. I coordinated over Yelp and text with the owner, and we set up a time a week or two out for me to get cleaned. The owner was incredibly responsive, both through Yelp and through text. About 2-3 days before our visit, I asked if we could delay it by a week, since we were working on a project we wanted to finish first- and absolutely no issues! The owners told me the time and who was cleaning me the day before, and they called me around my time (10:30am) to tell me they were running about 20 minutes late. A team of three people- two cleaners and their "supervisor", who actually did plenty of cleaning himself- showed up and worked their butt off nonstop for probably 90 minutes. They cleaned under the oven cover, in the microwave, all the baseboards, even the patio table! Everything was spotless when they left, and the supervisor gave me a tour at the end to see if I had any issues or if they had missed anything. The owner of the company also asked to speak to me before they left to make sure everything was good and I was happy. The one-time cleaning was about $169, but cheaper if you do regular cleanings, and totally worth it. I tipped them some extra money because they worked really hard on the apartment and it was totally a new place when they left. They take credit/debit cards, cash, or check. Overall, two thumbs up! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this begs commentary. I took a break from cleaning service while I was renovating. Needless to say, I was in desperate need of help as a single mom with 3 jobs, 2 boys, 2 dogs and school work!! I contacted McCleaned to start again with weekly cleanings. They came on a Thursday and got my home cleaned wonderfully. I chose them to come Mondays moving forward. Low and behold Mon comes and the house is still very clean so I almost cancelled, to have the begin the following Monday. The house was clean..... Didn't think they could make it any nicer!! As I walked passed the laundry explosion, I suddenly had a change of heart. I called Julian (owner) who had Carol come at 7am sharp. I met her at the door, gave her some directions and went to work. I came home to ALL laundry folded and put away, my hall junk closet organized and cleaned... Dusted Windows and fans. It's as if, she dug deeper into the details!!! I've never posted a Yelp review before but my deep appreciation for Julian and his crew at McCleaned has caused me to do just that. We've been using Julian for the better half of a year. I am, relatively speaking, akin to Danny Tanner (Full House reference here) on how clean I like my home. I'm a bit too familiar with the latest cleaning products and methods. Trusting my house to just anyone would not do-- and each time I come home after the McCleaned crew have been there, I just smile like a crazy person. My house is spotless, it smells amazing and Julian always follows up to make sure everything was to our standards. Only once, during a staffing transition, did we have an issue with how the crew cleaned the home. Within a day, Julian was at our home cleaning along side the team to make our house was taken care of. The man could not be nicer or more thoughtful to his clients. I was completely blown away of how clean my house was. And the professionalism and communication of the team and owner is as good as it gets. My mom was visiting during our 1st and 2nd cleaning and even my mom was impressed. The staff are the friendliest people. I had heard so many stories of how whenever my friend's cleaning people (not McCleaned) cleaned they were unhappy (didn't move stuff to clean underneath tings - would stand on something to get to harder to reach places. Professional, organized, flexible and the best part - tidy! The people behind McCleaned are great people. I was surprised to see my apartment looking so great, and if there are ever any concerns I can surely count on them to make sure my concerns are addressed and make my experience with the cleaning service a lot smoother. I like that the cleaners do not move your things around, and they just placed the items that were on the carpet on top of the dresser within view. I've had experiences with cleaning services in the past where the cleaners move your things around and it is difficult to spot it, but the cleaners here are very considerate and careful with what you have. read more

We have 2 dogs and 2 children, and after each visit, you would think that magical people who make no mess live here. I really enjoyed working with McCleaned to set up a one time deep cleaning of a three story 1200 sq ft early 20th cent. row house. I got a no nonsense estimate over the phone based on total square footage of the property and not based on the number and type of rooms. I chose to go with McCleaned LLC after calling around to other local house cleaning companies primarily because I experienced great customer service over the phone (friendly and professional). They gave me a fair price (160$), and I knew exactly what to expect from them because they posted a cleaning checklist on their website. The day of the cleaning went smoothly. Julian gave me a prompt estimate that included all items I specified for "deep cleaning". This included kitchen appliances, inside and out. The lovely two women who cleaned did exactly what I had requested. We're moving and the previous residents hadn't kept things up, so there was some accumulated grime. I'm really picky about cleaning and often do some detailing myself. The cleaners did a great job, and the time, effort and results were very good for the price charged. They cleaned, but didn't totally detail the house. I did get a quote from another company that offered a cleaning package with full detailing of every inch of the house. But they also wanted to charge almost 10x what I paid, even with generous tip. I. McCleaned deserves 5 stars because for the price, this was a very good value. read more

They were polite, reasonably priced and did a good job for a one time cleaning. I would use them again if a similar situation came up. The only thing I was not keen on was I either had to give my credit card number over the phone or give the cleaners cash. I opted for cash which I think most people don't do because they had to call the boss to find out what I owed. It worked out fine in the end. read more

We called for a one-time, pre-party cleaning a day before we needed the service and Julian responded quickly and got us set up for the next day. The cleaners arrived before we were expecting them, but they got to work right away and did an incredibly thorough cleaning. Everything smelled fresh and clean, the sheets were changed, and I'm still finding little places they cleaned that I didn't even expect (though if I had read carefully over their cleaning check list, I might've seen them there) - shower heads, air vent slats, bathroom light fixtures, etc. We usually do our own cleaning, but we will definitely call McCleaned for any periodic help we need.
