So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass.
