He was courteous and explained things to me. It was obvious that he was good at his job. So I guess it just depends on the service person they send out to your home. Not all service persons are equal in their expertise.

Most recently when he installed a tankless water heater for us ... artfully! Most important he's an excellent communicator and delivers on all his promises. I should add we've had David take care of all of our elderly mother's plumbing requirements and she raves about how nice he is! Later this year he'll be repiping our entire home. They were climbing under the house trying to find a clogged filter (that doesn't exist). Lee Davidson came out, did diagnostics, found the clogs and did the repairs efficiently and skillfully. Then I found out that he had actually installed it years earlier. So if you have a boiler, don't call a plumber or a heating company, call Davidson (they're both), that's my advice. He also came out at night and made sure we didn't have to sleep in the cold.

I was told I needed a new water heater at a cost of $4,000. This massive upsale effort is nothing short of disgusting. I drained it myself, problem solved. I could have called with feedback and questions, and I may update this review if aomeone at the company is responsible enough to call me.
