    They pretend to be there to help with any issue that may come up they sold me a jeep and on day one I was having issues they took forever to try and resolve this issue then they only bought the parts that they thought it was turned out it was a bed hub I was driving with my family and the axel broke and put us in a ditch could have been way worse now that I have a 8000 dollar bill they want nothing to do with me ive tried to be nice about it but they are refusing to help ive had the car 3 months and have ony driven it about 3 weeks now I'm stuck with a pile of junk a huge bill plus payments every month thanks guys you are the best NOT!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS BUYING NEW THEN YOU HAVE CHEVY BEHIND YOU BUT MCCLUSKEY WILL NEVER STAND BEHIND ANY USED CAR THEY SELL

I was about two weeks back from the Far East, living as a teacher in Japan, coming back to Old Glory without anything more than the money I earned and family waiting back home. When we arrived at Landen Motors, I was out of options to find a decent car for an honest price. Tired of trying to barter at big dealerships with ulterior motives to make money off me when I had none to begin with. Exhausted of dealing with small dealerships with promises to clean the car out and detail it after I laid money on the table. We pulled into the driveway of Landen Motors and found the staff cleaning out cars and wiping down windows. Taking a look around the lot, all the cars were treated with the same dignity. We were greeted with respect and a clean office, something one would be accustom to at the big dealerships. It's small, and comes off as something we've all seem before. But there's something else here that makes it stand out, the clean walls, carefully decorated tables, and the tidiness of someone who has their heart in their small business. We immediately found the car we were interested in, and to greater surprise, the interior had been extensively manicured. Clean dashboard, overhead, and carpets with little more than the average wear N' tear one might expect of a car eight years of age. And aside from an honest drop of bird dropping on the windshield, you might say the car was pristine. We drove the car, and it drove well. No clanks, no wobbles, no screeches, no wails. So, after a more focused inspection, we came back to do business. The part we all dread, fear, and approach with tenseness, and I had good reason to fear it. Coming back home, I didn't have much, but I knew I needed a dependable car to get me to a new job across town, and a used car was my ONLY option. And that can be scary. Rana at Landen Motors changed that. She proved not only to be understanding of our situation, but also came as an educator of an industry built on squeezing money from people. She knew her cars intimately, has them each driven, and replaces all parts on them so that they're running as if they just came off the assembly line. It is no exaggeration. This is what all small dealers SHOULD do. She took a look at our options, and we found a deal that worked for both parties. Rana has been working in the field for decades. She understands the market, and has no fear of doing honest business with you. She cares about her cars and her customers. If you NEED a good car that's just going to run, make the drive. Go there. A business like this isn't easy to find. Like an oasis in the center of a scheming and treacherous desert, you'll know you've found something worth your time. Give it a try. We almost didn't. Who was a super kind and informative throughout the whole process. Bill took us on a test drive and explained the vehicles finer points initially. Then we took some time to research the vehicles finer points on our own and dealerships and dealership pricing across the area. Finally we found thinking their lot that was loaded with more features than the average EX and for a lower price! Bill was even kind to give us a great deal on our vehicle on trade. Which we greatly appreciated! Rhonda was great in handling the finer financial details when it was time to take possession. Very kind and personable as well. Bill then finished up the process by setting us up on the kia connect app and showing us some more details about the car before we drove off. Bill assured us he's always here if we need anything and I believe it! I'd highly suggest using Bill Essen when you are looking for your next car. I'm hoping that future interactions with service will be as pleasant as the experience with sales! So far I love the vehicle and love the dealership. Writing this review on day 2 of ownership.     I found my dream car and it's located 2,400 hundred miles from where I live. The car is 18 years…read moreold. This could be a very risky purchase - there is no warranty for a 18 year old car! After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

They were completely open and honest with the process. There were a few minor things on the car that we didn't even notice, but they took care to notice, and made sure that it was remedied in perfect condition when we picked up to the car!! I took my car back on May 8th 2024 for an issue I was having with my radiator overheating!!! Again I paid a diagnostics fee and nothing was done to my car!!! So on may 20th my transmission went out and I'm wondering how come that never showed up on a diagnostic test before So now they looking for me to pay $9000 for a new transmission, which supposedly went unseen for so long!!! I truly believe They sabotage my vehicle!!!! Don't make sense I was there 12 days before my transmission failed!! They also called the police department on me because I called the next day may9th cause the car started overheating!!!
