Walking through the Assembly Food Hall we cut off some of the uphill climb up John Lewis Way that is bothering Dad's knees. At least the only one I am familiar with near Broadway. This store is "blah" in comparison to the Walgreens that I am familiar with in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco,and Denver. My concern was handled with a complete exam, explained easy to understand what the care plan was. The pharmacy quickly filled the script and I was able to get on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store itself though (retail side) had very high prices and looked inviting. Did not see one staff member of the retail floor and the floor was unkept with freight all over the aisles making it so you had to navigate around totes that were not being used CVS clearly has a long ways to go when making the retail side better but from the health side they are on the right track.

For some reason, Walmart has now decided to limit their pharmacy to certain doctors. The staff here has always been friendly but unfortunately somebody sitting behind a desk somewhere thinks they know better than real doctors that actually see and care about their patients (NOT PAIN CLINICS). For sometime now Walmart has been my go to store to get my medication as well as groceries and other items in one trip. Thankfully there are other stores that will provide the same service and although I am only one customer, eventually this new policy of discrimination will catch up.
