They do this for a living so it's not a surprise. See it here https://youtu.be/bN9SyE1O8TM The ice cream was so good and I loved that they had the birthday cake flavor. I'm just really disappointed in the customer service. The young lady who was taking my order was such in a rush, even though there was nobody behind me. I hated that she kept tapping her pin in a rush like she was tired of waiting on me. There was no Georgian sweet customer service. No genuine hello, no eye contact, no smile, no conversation at all. Then she points for me to tip her. There should not even be a tip function. It's fast food, they make more an hour than I ever did in fast food and I'm sure they live at home. I'm not giving my hard earned money anymore so people can party and buy fake nails. I will give it if I want to... People need to remember that tipping is for people who make less than minimum wage. The Youngboy was nice he gave me my ice cream but I had to ask for a spoon. It should be common sense to give each customer a spoon to eat their ice cream with when it comes and a bowl. And everybody needs a napkin. It just irritates me because I know Customer Service. I know fast food. I know the restaurant industry and I've managed. Can't stand incompetence and laziness.

I went to purchase a half gallon of ice cream after seeing it listed online for $23.99. When I went…read moreto the counter, I was initially told that they don't sell half gallons and that I would have to purchase two quarts for $13.99 each ($27.98). After I questioned this because I had just seen the half gallon online, the employee changed the order and said the half gallon was available--but the price at the counter was $25.99. I asked if they would honor the $23.99 online price, and they refused saying their system does not allow for price adjustments and to order it online. Instead of the owner resolving the issue or explaining the price difference, he walked to the back of the store and never returned to speak with me. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. I compared the prices at the Due West Marietta location and the half gallon is $18.99, I checked the online price again and noticed the Austell location was now showing $25.99 for the half gallon instead of the $23.99 I had seen earlier. So clearly the owner went to the back to change the price. I have been a regular customer here, but after this interaction with the franchise owner and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. I hope Bruster's corporate office takes a serious look at both the pricing practices and customer service at this store.

There are no seats and tables. This could be because of opening weekend. --Service/Staff-- The staff, especially Marlon was helpful and kind in recommendations getting a Togo box and explaining their different menu options. --Food/Product-- A delicious cupcake in a jar with different flavors from velvet red cake to peanut butter cup. --Capacity-- The place can hold 30 plus people coming and going since there are no seats or tables. --Overall-- Awesome new dessert bar option in Atlanta. Worth the trek to the heart of Smyrna.

Definitely a grab and go place as theres no seating in or outside. We were helped promptly but found the menu lacking. They were out of red velvet cheesecake and said the seasonal carrot cake was replacing it. They were out of cake dippers and out of all ice cream. I chose the oreo cookies and cream and after we paid we were informed that was out also. The menu has no descriptions of the flavors just photos so I quickly chose the strawberry tres leches. If we hadnt already paid I wouldve told the cashier not to worry about it. Both were just ok. The carrot cake tasted strongly of pudding mix, the tres leches just tasted moist & sweet. We both agreed we didn't need to come back.
