I compared the prices at the Due West Marietta location and the half gallon is $18.99, I checked the online price again and noticed the Austell location was now showing $25.99 for the half gallon instead of the $23.99 I had seen earlier. So clearly the owner went to the back to change the price. I have been a regular customer here, but after this interaction with the franchise owner and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. I hope Bruster's corporate office takes a serious look at both the pricing practices and customer service at this store.
