    Soft serve
    Jenna D.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best vegan soft serve I've ever had (and I've had a lotttttt of dairy free desserts). Visited a few weeks ago and have been wanting to go back ever since, because look how FLUFFY! We got the vanilla + dark chocolate soft serve swirl they had as their daily flavors. It was perfect! SO creamy and not icy at all. The ladies working in the window that day were so friendly, and there is plenty of parking. They also said they're working on developing a gluten free cone. Would 100% recommend!

Great spot with ample parking, repurposed offices and cute boutique shops. Creamy is located near the front entrance on Murphy. It's walk-up ordering area has seating and there is a park that was transformed into games and music for the Yelp event I attended. @ITSDJTEEY spun classic and contemporary music from her booth while cornhole competitions and board games took place. There were several selections from the event menu and also several other options were listed on menu board. Main concern was the nut free listing on large menu signage did not apply to all items - be sure to ask about ingredients if have nut or other allergies. Overall 4 stars for customer service and ambiance. The MET complex offers eclectic offerings and worth the visit.

This was such a cool event. I am so glad I went. First off I love The MET. There is always something special to enjoy while there. The creamery spot was so dope because first off the owners were black, women owned, and vegan. They are a representation of Me. I can't express how beautiful it was to see these ladies having a good time running their company. They found a unique approach to becoming independently wealthy. I love it! Also, S/O to Yelp for always making sure they support small businesses. Can't wait for the next event.

I stopped by after work for ice cream! I loved the options and enjoyed speaking to the business owner. Super attentive and friendly. I look forward to returning and trying more flavors and bringing friends and family who have a dairy allergy!

My cousin and I visited as it was the grand opening. The service was great and the teamwas super enthusiastic. The music was very good and you can see that people were having a good time. You can sit on the benches outside as they do not have inside seating. I had the soft serve vanilla (unicorn poo) and my cousin had the American dream ( apple pie). The flavors on both of them were very good, but they both had a chalky taste after. We were not sure if it was because they are plant based, or there is something missing.

    Service with a smile!

My husband and I attended a Yelp event at The Creamy Spot last month (July 2023). This is black- and woman-owned business that offers plant-based dessert options. They were out of the flavor we wanted so we opted for chocolate soft serve. Although we could tell it wasn't dairy based, it tasted pretty good. They've managed to create tasty dessert options for vegans and non-vegans. The service we received from the owner and staff was phenomenal. There is no indoor seating. You must order at the outside window. It was nice to enjoy our ice cream while taking a stroll through the park-like area to the side of their windows. It's a nice location in what's called the MET (I believe). There is plenty of parking. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend The Creamy Spot.

Go visit the new black woman owned vegan creamery! The 112 peaches and cream soft served ice cream was the perfect treat. I can't wait to go back to try more items!

A great way to cool off on a Hotlanta day is to stop by The Creamy Spot! Their frozen treats are all PLANT- BASED!!!
    James P.

I'm so ecstatic that the family and I are able to go out for dessert and we're able to have plant based options. This is lovely for us because we're vegan! The flavors are absolutely amazing with some wonderful combinations. This is truly a great find and there's lots of places to seat outside and children are welcome to run around. This is great!

Tasty! I love this creator and am excited to support her! I have to go back and try different flavors. I tried a chocolate flavor. It wasn't as Creamy as I'd hoped it would be. They have vegan ice cream sandwiches! Worth a try if you are in the area. Sidenote: the business next door looks banging. I can't wait to go back and try the food.

All the food that was agreed upon via the contract was not in this bag and it was cold. Instead of making it right, she communicated only providing a half of the money back and to perform additional services. Really?? In the contract she was supposed to have servers for the cocktail hour and reception, so no services were performed. Its been a week since no refund was given. This makes the ice cream taste more on the icy side and it doesn't taste like ice cream. It tastes more along the lines of a creamy popsicle. This place makes their ice cream rolls taste like ice cream. I was absolutely SHOOK! The flavor was there and it was so creamy. Honestly, these are creamier than most store-bought ice cream tubs. it has a velvety nice smooth texture when you try to eat it. Yes they are still in rolls, but as soon as you put it on your tongue, it me melts like a real creamy ice cream. The owner actually explained to us that she also doesn't like rolled up ice cream that taste more on the Icey side, so she made sure that her dairy rolls were actually creamy. They do have nondairy options, but those will be on the ICE side. Nondairy milk tends to be water and plant or nut based. I really appreciated how welcoming the staff was. Shout out to this friendly black owned, and women owned small businesses really welcoming the Atlanta community! I love finding small businesses that have amazing service and quality food! I think this place is really great for big groups and just to really hang out with your friends and a plus one for the bathrooms too! Friday Urban Picnics is run by the Atlanta Street Food Coalition, and held every last Friday of the month from March to October, 11-2pm. Location is the back of Sweet Auburn Curb Market. At today's picnic, I arrived around 11:45 and lucked out with finding a parking spot. Lines were very short too - but that all changed after 12. Good Food Truck and Yumbii were probably the most popular. Westside Creamery, The Pop Shop (or maybe it was The Pop Stop), and Black Tie BBQ were there, too. I think almost all items were under $10. Today I had Good Food's $5 Poodle which was to die for: French Toast hot dog bun, beef dog, apple maple slaw, ... and then they strongly encourage you to add maple syrup and spicy mustard. Whoa that was really yummy - messy to eat though and I had sticky fingers afterwards from the maple syrup but no complaints from me :) Next time I'm trying one of their savory cones filled w/ all kinds of goodies! The Indian rice crispy treat sounded intriguing, too (curry, coconut, and candied fennel seeds)! For dessert I had a $3 generous scoop of Westside Creamery's bourbon & bacon ice cream. Just a hint of bourbon flavor and surprisingly thick pieces of bacon throughout - honestly I was expecting bacon-infused flavor but my bad for expecting anything else but the real thing!! They had some great flavors to choose but I went with bourbon & bacon since the Westside guy said it was his favorite. I've already marked my calendar to make a field trip to the next several picnics b/c there are too many new things to try! Some tips: Bring cash. If you're lucky enough to find parking in the Sweet Auburn parking lot, it's free w/ validation - look for the table outside that validates tickets. Otherwise make a purchase inside to get parking validation. When I was driving back to work, I also found free parking available under the interstate - free for the first 90 minutes.
