In fact when I tried to get in touch directly with JJ he wouldn't return my calls. We had an issue with our metal railings that they had claimed they were going to use a metal paint on but after two years were starting to fail. All over the railings you can see the old color coming through. It turns out they didn't use metal paint (likely to save money and cut corners) What's worse is that I recommended them to my mom to use them so they even got another piece of business out of is and then treated us poorly by claiming that they wouldn't warrant the work. I definitely would not recommend them to anybody given their poor follow up to what was a 15K paint job.

Unfortunately used George a few years ago for an exterior house painting. He gave a low bid that…read moreseemed attractive, but the quality of the work performed was absolutely terrible. His prep work consisted of merely putting a thin smear of putty on a few gaps between siding and trim, a smear so thin that it cracked within two months of the finished job. No power-washing the house or sanding off old peeling paint. He killed many of our bushes near the exterior walls when laying tarps to protect them, because his crew bent the branches so severely that they broke. Instead of doing a primer coat and two paint coats, I caught them just spraying one coat of paint very slowly, which caused plenty of streaks of runny paint from the top of the outside walls to the bottom. When I told George this was unacceptable he just took an old frazzled paint brush from his back pocket and dabbed at some of the drops. He kept wanting to talk about other projects he could do for us, rather than focusing on the painting. What a clown.
