NYC too but it's been so many years that I could never find a tried and true rib so let me cut to the chase. Pig Out has the absolute and best ribs I've ever had in my 67 years here on this planet. I placed a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was chaotic. It seemed like almost everyone inside was either waiting on their food, waiting for an order to be corrected, or trying to figure out what was going on. The employees appeared overwhelmed and unsure of what they were doing. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally went to the counter to ask how much longer my order would be. That's when I saw it sitting in the back under the heat lamp the entire time. No one bothered to call my name or let me know it was ready. To make matters worse, when I got home, my order wasn't even correct. I understand that restaurants have busy nights, but paying nearly $30 for poor service, a long wait, and an incorrect order is unacceptable. As someone who has supported this restaurant since the beginning, it's disappointing to see how much the quality and service have declined. Unfortunately, this was my last visit.
