Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service.
