And they weren't growing in my yard. I just wanted him to remove the branches only that were hanging over my yard. He had his man stop before finishing both trees, and wanted more money. Unfortunately I was ill and paid him cash before he finished the job. They left without finishing the job. They left my yard a mess, with branches all over my yard and driveway. I'm going to see, an attorney, to see if I can get my money back. This guy be treating people the way he does. Please don't give this guy your business.

I gave her my availability to accommodate an in-person estimate which was a 4 hour window from 11am-3pm. She stated she would call me in the morning to advise a more precise time. At 1:30pm, I CALLED THEM and again the same 'I-wish-I-was-on-another-planet' phone reception... and then offered to come out AT 3pm. NOPE. If the phone etiquette matches the service? HARD PASS.
