The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. It is hazardous to leave them unlit. Ken wanted $130.00 to relight them. After he already charged me to complete the job. If I did not pay the double charge, the home would be in a dangerous state for longer. As I went to ask my helper if he said he would relight, he made his way to the elderly homeowner. When I saw her afraid face and Ken right over her demanding payment, that was the end for him. This is a scam company that has no regard for human life.
