Not only was he kind and understanding, he was more than accommodating, trying to trouble shoot, got under the hood, stayed with us until a tow truck arrived, and made sure we got a meal and were comfortable several HOURS after his shift ended. The staff did not rush even though it was closing time by the time our crazy unexpected situation was resolved. All of this for strangers. We were very touched and appreciative. Good caring people!
