Apparently if you go inside for service you don't count you will not get your food. I went in there ordered one sandwich waited for over 20 minutes asked over three times where are my meal was meanwhile one car after the other was zooming through the drive-thru in full force.. I left my receipt my drink on the counter and walked out they can keep my f****** meal it's not worth waiting 20 f****** minutes for.. I think when I walked out nobody even noticed I was even there.... The complete waste of time and money I would never go back there again the disrespect is beyond acceptable good riddance! read more

I frequently eat breakfast at this McDonald's location in Alliance, OH. Overall, I have never encountered a significant issue with either the quality, accuracy of my order or speed of delivery. Most of the time, I eat inside rather than use the Dive-thru window. I have found the counter staff to be friendly and prompt to take my order. The inside is kept clean along with the restrooms. The parking is easy and there is a traffic light at the entrance that makes it easy to go either direction on St. Rr. 62. There is a indoor children's playground that is open at 9:00 am. Soo. Tell me why when I came here the other night it was about 12am and I ordered two medium meals and some extra stuff and they accidentally dropped my food on the floor. You know. No big deal. They can just remake it right? NO. They handed me my sandwiches that fell out but we're still the wrapper, which okay that's fine, but then they proceeded to ask me if I wanted them to make me more fries. So I asked them if they fell out of the bag and they were honest with me they said "yes, they're all over the floor. But we can just pick them up if you would like and give them to you." That is absolutely disgusting and I told them I would like them to make me more fries and they continued to tell me that "they were high as a kite and we're having issues working the fry machine so it might be a while." Needless to say I was there for over a half hour and I asked for my money back because I didn't wanna wait anymore and they told me no. I stop here a lot, but this morning just kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese A coke. Now I'm not sure why , but I was sent to a parking stall. So I'm sitting there waiting and then some women comes out and throws them in my window. Like good morning here's your bagels , I then had to scream where's my coke. So I waited some more hoping the rude person would come back so I could give her my thoughts. Luckily a nice young lady came and said sorry for the wait. If your the person who tossed my food at me get help! I did nothing wrong. There is help for people with anger problems just admit you have one. There's even medication that can help you for your need to be rude. I understand that your career choice may not have met your expectations but all I wanted was a coke and two bagels. Now if you would enjoy a game of toss the bagel just ask, I'll throw them back at you. I guess my point is just get some help. read more

Open 24 hours and a good place to eat . Sometimes a bit packed but the food is always well prepared and good service

My two friends and I ate here for lunch. The service was very poor, the clerk couldn't understand our simple orders, every table still had crumbs on it, there was food lying on the ground and you could hear your shoes sticking to the floor because they were covered with filth and spilt drinks that we're never cleaned up. With the poor service and disgusting restaurant conditions we leave to go catch a movie and all of us start to complain we don't feel too well. As it turns out we got food poisoning, we were just trying to enjoy a quick lunch and see a movie but we end up getting sick to our stomachs and having to miss school. decided to make McDonald's my late night dinner option. I pull through the drive thru and proceed to order 2 McChickens with only cheese and 2 Double Cheeseburgers with cheese only. Also I ordered dollar fries. I get my order within a fast response time. I proceed to drive back to my house about 15mins away. When I open up my bag I come to find my both double cheeseburgers have everything on them.I understand these things happen. Even tho it was very late at night I proceed from my house back to the location that sold me the food. I pull up to the drive thru again. I explain my issue and I ask for cheeseburgers to be replaced and "If I could get some fresh French fries that would be great." I had ate the fries at home even tho they were very cold and soggy. The employee on drive thru asked me to pull forward. I hand him the two cheeseburgers and he asked me where the fries were. I explained to him I ate them but they were not very fresh and since I had to come all the way back This would be a chance to fix that part of the experience as well. He told me it was "McDonald's Policy" not to replace the fries since I ate them. I said "OK thats fine I just want you to know they were soggy and cold". They made me two fresh cheeseburgers and since he was not wearing a name tag. I ask the guy working the drive thru what his name was. He told me he was "not obligated to tell me." I ask for a the manager Bob tells me the employees name is Tyler. It was a very bad experience. read more
