She said she was the only one serving and bartending so I was trying to be friendly and being very understanding. About a half hour went by still no appetizer, no food, nothing. We were trying to just have a good time and enjoy the karaoke, but Fifteen more minutes went by and she comes over and says they're about to start your food they had to wait for the chicken to thaw out. I said you didn't even start it yet, she said she's sorry no. I said what about our appetizer, she said let me see if they started it yet....a few minutes later, no. She says I just reminded them you were waiting For it. We sat there for an hour. I told her that's ok, we're leaving. Horrible experience. I work in food service and what I saw tonight can only be blamed on poor management. Service staff should have experience if you're going to leave them alone and hang them out to dry by not having adequate kitchen help. Also, if you have people waiting for food for an hour you shouldn't be outside smoking and socializing.

Fresh, not frozen, made to order, 1/2 lb burger. Wow! Cheryl, our bartender, was very friendly and engaging.
