    Crimson Sage Martini

Came here w my husband, walked in on a Friday evening around 5pm and place was PACKED but we were able to find a table immediately. Waiters were very attentive. We ordered fried pickles and I ordered a cocktail (I'm not a beer drinker) and everything was delicious. I got the winter mule which is a moscow mule with cranberry and then a crimson sage martini. Husband ordered the Rhythm in Red beer and he said it was perfect. We will definitely be back. You almost forget you're in little ol Alliance while in here.

Chicken tenders : not very good- did not taste freshly made as the menu states. Sauces were disappointing, as was the scrungy dirty mayo bottle Fish dinner was mushy & overcooked. Tiny portion of so- so slaw. Both dinners had SUPER salty string fries, half of which were also undercooked. Service was meh. She stood 8 feet away chatting with coworkers after dropping our food & didn't check back on us for another 5 minutes. It was seriously odd. We still tipped 20%, but that's my minimum. The fire was nice, and the music was good The beer was really good- although or server "isn't a beer drinker " Why would a brewery employ someone that doesn't like beer? I don't recommend as this is the 3rd time I've been here in the last few years and have never been impressed.

Definitely recommend for beer and tater kegs. We brought our dog and they provided a water bucket on the patio. Service was great. We will be back!

I was happy to see Aeonian open in our neighborhood, especially given that it's within walking distance from my house. It's not perfect, but it's nice upscale venue for the area. The pros, aesthetically it's very pleasing & they have many craft beers brewed on site, provided that's your thing. Staff were very polite & friendly too. Also, what we had for lunch tasted good, & was a good value for the price we paid. I would however like to see some healthier side options, something not deep fried would be cool. The local townies might scoff at a $14.00 dollar burger, but the vast majority of them don't have an eye for the nicer things in life either. The cons, I'm not a beer or wine guy for the most part. I just don't like bitter drinks, & they don't offer anything in terms of alcoholic beverages that could even be remotely considered sweet - all bitter/hops. Beyond that, I would also describe whoever runs their social media as bitter as well. When they first opened I asked very politely if they ever planned to pick up liquor, cocktails, or hard cider. In response, I got a very condensing, rude, & bro-y response. I was really surprised by how nice the staff were in person as a result. The deserts are also overpriced, moreover, they charge almost $10.00 bucks for a very small piece of cake. As for COVID, I don't think they really care. The head bartender walked right up to our table with a chin diaper. Additionally, our waitress had her nose hanging out, but at least she was trying. I didn't see any sanitizer out anywhere. To their credit, they did have dividers up at the bar. I wouldn't be surprised if they ditch their COVID precautions on 6/1 when they are allowed to do so here in Ohio.

Very nice atmosphere, food was good and so was the service. They still have some work to get to 5 stars. We got one meal the a month later another then our waitress sat the we were still missing 2 other orders and went back and got the other 2. Didn't really get to eat together. They only had can sodas and no teas or fountain drinks. We had the boys and wasn't there to drink, but to eat and enjoy the setting.

I tasted them at Iron Mann in Girard. Shout out to those guys for having this extensive selection, along with great, friendly service I'd say check out 1547 wherever you find them and see how your tastes compare to mine... My impression of the beers (always a subjective matter, of course) went down something like this: 1400 Miles From Home - a Key Lime Sour. Very light sour, to my liking, with all of the flavors in the description working together quite nicely Kolsch - another light version of this style. It is a good summer beer for someone who wants a little more flavor than a Bud/Coors/Miller Ohio Heat Wave - subtle habanero on the back end slowly builds, but that's about the only thing I'm picking up. This is a very light beer Hang 11 - a sweet IPA? The bitterness is as advertised. Would love to know the hops involved. Very drinkable, but don't expect a mouthful of IPA. More like a sweet, session IPA in my opinion Shooktown NE IPA - first taste hit very nice. Like most of them, it tastes very close to the description. No bitterness, but like others on the flight, it's a light version of this style. I'm used to a more potent hit of juice from a NE IPA, it's drinkable for sure

I really wanted to like this place. Just spent 3 weeks in Germany, and wanted to keep rolling with…read morethe Flammkuchen and Currywurst. I've made Flammkuchen many times in the past so I know how super easy it is to make. Aside from a super thin cracker like crust it's just creme fraiche, bacon, and some onions. New Berlin's version was way too sweet, and smothered in black pepper. Instead of a really crispy curst, it was more like a thin crust pizza that folded instead of snapping in half. The currywurst was, and I hate to use the pun.. worst. It tasted like ketchup with curry powder sprinkled on top instead of a curry sauce made with a bit of tomato paste. The wurst was weak, and almost flavorless without the "sauce". I don't drink beer, so I can't speak for the beer. The lemonade and fries were good, and I hate to say it, the best part of the meal. Didn't take home uneaten food, because it wasn't worth it. The atmosphere is nice, our server was attentive and great. Staff friendly, and despite being busy, they were inviting. It's just a shame it sucked, because I wanted this to be my to go to place for Flammkuchen because I live alone, and it's just not practical to make for myself on the regular, but thought it would be a fun place to go with friends. But they really dropped the ball on such an easy dish. Please, New Berlin.. lay off the black pepper. You almost over peppered the french fries. Leave it up to the customer to add pepper because it was really heavy handed. Atmosphere and staff: 4 stars. Food: Zero stars.
