So after many disappointing morning visits I have decided to eliminate the Farmington location from my radar. Pulled up to the drive-thru at about 5 am this morning...the guy who "sings" was working. Look I get it I worked @ McDonald's too...you try and make it fun, but honestly it is quite irritating in the morning. I think he recognized my voice because he stopped after the intro. I ordered the usual 2 BEC Biscuits with a large Diet Coke. He asked me again what size Coke, and I repeated. He said the total was 9.55. I was like wait a second that's not right. I started to repeat my order, but he interrupted me and repeated it back to me. I pulled up to the pickup window and a lady passes two large Diet Cokes to me. Yup, I was right. I told her what happened and she returned with the refund. Look, I know it's only $1.50, but how many times does he actually do this in a day? It is disappointing that he isn't able to understand the concept of customer service. I used to get mad, but there is no reason. I am going to fix the problem by taking my business elsewhere. Pros: Employees are nice, food is good, and served quickly. Plenty of indoor seating. Cons: music is too loud. Condiments and drinks are kept behind the counter. They charge for water. 11/11/25 4:20-4:30 drove into the drive thru, 0 cars in the drive thru. I ask the employee (Logan) if they are serving breakfast yet because the lunch/dinner menu was still up. he answered back, (inaudible) so I ask him "so yes breakfast or no breakfast" he says "yes ! What can I get you? 3x Anything else? in a very rude manner. I felt rushed, disrespected and unwelcomed. later on, we get our food, we open the bag and start eating our hasbrowns, the next hash brown my partner pulls out has a hair on it. Mind you this hair color  and length was neither of ours. So we turn around and kindly ask for another hash brown. And he says "well clearly I don't have long hair and you guys do so it must be from you but whatever, slams the door. And gets us another hasbrown. The food is always well-prepared, which is great. What is less than great is the inconsistency with which it is packed. Missing sauces, missing parts of meals, and entire missing happy meals seems to be the habit of this location. I cannot count the number of times we've received less than half of our meal. I'm somewhat willing to forgive when we're missing 1/5 people's meals, but when we're missing one half of one meal (and only one has been ordered), it's a bit ridiculous. The location's phone seems to be constantly busy or left off the hook (yes, I'm old and "left off the hook" makes sense to me) and it can be impossible to reach them if an order was placed for delivery. 2 stars for overall poor service and lack of care. Edit: down to one star, but -10 would be better. This most recent order was missing all happy meal toys, all sauces, and one item. Tried calling the location after realizing how much was missing: 12 phone calls over the course of an hour and zero calls were answered. I kept calling because I became curious if they ever answered their phone (after trying to call another night). This is shameful, and this location obviously needs new management (or management at all - is there nobody there?!). read more

Whoever owns / manages this McDonald's should take a hard look at your nightshift staff. Up until visiting this McDonald's, I thought the world's worst McDonald's was in Silverlake, California, but wow this location is terrible. We ordered inside and they literally got wrong the order before me, my order, and two orders after me. Our food was cold (Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Big Mac) and the fries were soggy. We were there at 12:30. Also, they "turn off" the mobile ordering for a lot of McCafe items daily during lunch hours. read more

They wanted me to skip the car in-front of me through the narrow drive-through corner even though there wasn't no body behind my car. The guy and the girl at the window had an ADHD like behavior, very pushy and careless, rushing and stressing me to scratch or hit my car going through the narrow driveway in order to skip off the car in front of me. The new International menu advertisements of burgers and the Stroopwaffle McFlurry from the Netherlands looked good. Tried the stroopwaffle McFlurry and surprisingly it wasn't bad. It had chunks of waffle cone and caramel sauce mixed into the soft serve. I saw the manager hand mixing my order at the drive thru, using some power to hand crank that dessert ! Not a bad treat on a hot summer night. The service and quality of food has improved at this location. Sometimes it can be hit or miss but quality is improving. The stroopwaffle McFlurry looks nothing like the photos or advertisements. It's a bit too sweet. Would have liked to see broken pieces of actual stroopwaffle cookies (like those available at Prince Coffee or the food section of Ross and TJ maxx stores) but the mix of caramel and waffle cone pieces does the trick. read more

Don't expect to get your orders right from this place, they can't even get a burger with no ketchup or mustard right. This is the closest Micky Ds to my house. If I ever come - I try to order on their app. So, nothing should be forgotten and sometimes they have good deals on their app. Such as; free fries, soft drink or nuggets. The app especially helps when you want extra condiments. There's some locations that try to charge you. I have yet to have any issues requested condiments from the app. No need to give anyone your card - pull up to the first window, get your receipt and off to the next window with you food/drink and out of there. read more

First off I would like to say that if there were 0 stars I would be rating it. This experience was absolutely terrible. First off why are sauces .25 cents like wtf is .25 cents going to do. That just amazes me that I have to pay for my food to taste a bit more tasteful. And another thing is I payed $30 just to receive the most untasteful and dryest food of my life. This is truly the worse location. EVERY single time we've gone in we've had an issue. Our orders are messed up, the workers never smile, say hello or thank you. The drive-through is a joke as they shove bags at you and close the window with no hello or even answering when we ask how they are. The prices are outrageous! My boyfriend came in the building because he was having issues with app, I think it might have been the supervisor during the shift at the time. I'm not sure but I praise this individual I did not catch her name, I wish I had, I think she had a braid/longer hair I remember a tint red. Anyways she was quick to resolve the issue, I ended up going inside to to get my food to. I waited with my boyfriend and she was quick to pay attention to the environment and ask if I was needing help. She Handled my order, more people came in. She handled them. Took my family there for a bite to eat before Christmas tree shopping. While I was finishing my order at the kiosk, the kids chose a corner booth by the window. The floor and table was so dirty and sticky that my sleeves to my coat stuck to the table. I go to stand up and under my foot is an open condom wrapper. I let the girl working the lobby know and she said nothing. We move to a different table and are surrounded by foul mouthed kids. Now I curse like a sailor but make sure to watch my mouth when kids are around. After almost 10 minutes of them yelling profanities (while employees were walking by) I asked them to stop. Ordered my food by drive thru and paid for everything. When I got my food it looks like the first guy missed my order of French fries, so I told the kid who handed out my food that it was missing and I wanted to order them... he told me to move forward to the next window, and then the same kid comes up and says he was told that I need to go back in line to order fries... it being McDonald the line was out of their driveway by then. I ordered 2 small cheese burgers drove to the pay window and paid. then pulled forward to the pick up window and was told to move to the third window. I said I would pull forward if another car came through. NO cars in the drive thru but me. They had another person stick her head out the window and told me to pull forward. I said I will pull forward if another cars comes. Then they had a third guy stick his head out the window and tell me to pull forward to the third window. I told him there are NO cars behind me. I rarely review fast food restaurants, because I rarely go to them. But there are times that I do hit up a McDonald's, because, french fries. And my experience here was off enough to comment on. It's a new building with a small-ish footprint. The "lobby"/ordering area is roomy, the dining area is not. On our visit, mid-afternoon on a Sunday, there was not a single open table. It's kind of poorly designed inside, frankly. The "McCafe" counter to the side seems really unnecessary when space is at a premium. But, whatever. Here's my real issue. There were a lot of employees here at a time. And as people left the tables, not one employee came out to clean them. There was a newspaper scattered around, the drink/condiment area was a mess. But the whole time we were there, 20 minutes or so? -- not one table was cleaned. Not one person with a rag came out to tidy up. Lots of talking and standing around in back though. Cleaning shouldn't be an "if someone gets to it" job. Food was fine, standard McDonald's. Go through the drive thru if you're going to go though, inside is a mess. read more

I wouldn't recommend this location. it's along my route home, which means not a convenience to return to when mistakes are made. I'm two for two at this location. The first time I got no sauce what-so-ever with my chicken nuggets. They also only half filled my french fry container. Just this evening they completely forgot everything I asked them to do with my sandwich: No onions, add bacon. Not complicated. Sheesh. Also, they forgot the other sandwich. And should I give partial credit for delivering two out of three sauce cups with the chicken nuggets? I'm not inclined to, as they were dry as hell in my mouth. Thanks, that's about five dollars of my order you just jilted me on. Attention to detail is at an all time low with fast food and it's absolutely infuriating. I accept that I may see a mistake as often as once a week. Screwing up my order on every single visit should be a crime.
