Restaurants have been taking advantage of the current conditions ie. Not opening their dining room when local officials have allowed Restaurants to be open. It has been a huge advantage for restaurants with a drive thru they don't have the extra cost of paying for garbage, employees cleaning, and refills of drinks. When you do finally reopen for full business patrons expect the quality of service that we had before the epidemic closed your dining room. I come here regularly and don't have problems but today I went in I made a mistake on my order this was the second time this week they made the exact same mistake on my order which was forgetting the chicken nuggets in a kids meal so when I got home I had an angry child because of it I go back and try to explain to them that this is the second time it's happened this week and the lady behind the counter treated me like garbage I didn't hear what I have to say or how I felt just felt like being rude to me and disrespectful. I usually will never review a fast food place but I have visited this location 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something wrong with my order. Attention to detail is key. Customer service ? This McDonalds continues to be a disappointment. Every single time we come here, something is done incorrectly. This time our order was incorrect going through the drive thru. When I tried to correct the order I was rushed forward to correct it at the payment window. That crew member mentioned nothing so I asked him to read the order back. He impatiently read it to me...still incorrect. He corrected it and sent me forward to pick up food. From there I was sent to a third waiting window and my food was brought to the car. Before leaving the parking lot I checked the bag and the syrup and butter had been left out requiring me to park and go into the restaurant to get the condiments. So tired of this! read more

I drive for UberEATS; therefore I frequent most Beaverton/Tigard McDonalds. This one is by far the worst. The late always take a long time, 95% of the time. In one order they forgot the milk for the happy meal, dumped the fries in the bag when they acted liked they were double checking to see if everything was in it and put only mayo on one of the chicken sandwiches that had the paper attached to it saying "no mayo". Called them and the manager apologized and said I could come back. This makes the drive-through very inconvenient. At least when you go in you can throughly check the order before leaving. Although from the outside it looks nice, don't let that fool you! The service is extremely slow and bad at this location! On multiple occasions they got my order wrong and I drove away with part of my order missing, only to realize it when I got home. I called the manager and notified her. She was extremely unprofessional and gave me a fake name. I had to wait 15 MINUTES the other day for a cup of coffee since they had ran out of milk in the coffee machine. When I brought up my concerns to the manager he was extremely rude and deflected the situation and offered no apology whatsoever. My family, friends and I have vowed to never order from here again! There is always a huge wait time, even if there's no customers. The food is always stale and tastes disgusting at this location. Teach your employees what a plain burger means. How hard is that. Cheese and meat thats it. I used to work for mcdonalds for two years and I know theres a button right on the register that is made especially for people who order stuff plain. My son and I went inside to get him an after school happy meal. The service was absolutely amazing. The guy at the register made it a point to make us happy by making sure my son got the toy he wanted and the lady who helped give us our food gave my son an ice cream because he had hurt himself and was crying. This store has gone to crap since the team that opened it moved back to the cedar hills location. Multiple times I have waited an insane amount of time (18 minutes for a coffee) tonight I got to the drive through and was told "just a moment" a minute later and someone pulls to the next drive through and they take his order immediately. I then get my turn and order a coffee. I'm now behind a guy who has ordered a full meal...but no big deal...it's fast right? I get to the first window to pay, and they have my coffee ready for me. That's cool of them I think. I pay....but they don't give me the coffee. Ok I think. I pull up. About 8 minutes later and all they've handed the car in front of me is a soda. I pull out of line, now about 10 minutes later and head to work...all I wanted was a quick coffee. I call the location and ask them to post void my sale, as I think it's absurd to have to wait tgat long for COFFEE. The guy on the phone says "it's a buck, don't be a fag" Yup. I just went through your drive-thru to order a #9 (2 burgers) no cheese and coke. Mind you, I was ONE of TWO cars waiting for food. NO ONE ELSE! The young lady taking the order got the car behind me order wrong which for some reason made my order complicated? I was asked by the senior staff what my order was again. I have now been sitting at this first window for 5 minutes while they tried to figure out their mistake. I drive to the second window thinking all was ok, though at this point I'm annoyed. I am very disappointed with the way the manager (Rosy, I believe) dealt with my order. I forgot to order a crispy chx sandwich value meal, on top of my original order. She said that they already rang my order up and not allowed to do so. When did McDonald's not allow it's customers to order an extra item to their original order? I was confused at first.
