The order was ready promptly like the app mentioned in the estimated time when I went in to pick it up the vibes were very positive. The gentlemen with a black shirt and tall with some scruff was very friendly at the order pick up and I wish I could've gotten his name to give me a shout out. I haven't been here in 16 years or so and it still taste delicious good quality looks mostly like it does in the pictures which is always good because you wanna enjoy what you're looking at right mostly but usually if it's sloppy and still taste good, you can have a good one. The fries are crispy here and there, but I do like the texture in the flavors the burger and I like how they make everything a double, was delicious as well. I can understand if the standard of 8 minute ticket times has relaxed since I was employed but 14 almost 15 minutes with no line at the register is excessive. Five Guys' build-your-own model is great and the service at this location was friendly, organized and efficient. The cheeseburger I got was juicy and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crisp! I highly recommend that you order a large order of fries because they give you an extra scoop of fries straight into the bag! :] Also, I can confirm that they do serve Coca-Cola products. What a let down! We have enjoyed coming to Five Guys on Cedar Hills Blvd since moving to OR last year. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is spotlessly clean, and there's a great selection of food and fountain drinks (unlimited drink refills) Our last visit left us far from happy. Simply put the burger meat quality has fallen, to the point where we're out! Five Guys has been a great and reliable stop, a place to seek out if we're traveling. While my son was fielding ground balls and hitting dingers, I was feeling a little hungry. I didn't want to go too far, so I took a little walk to Five Guys. I ordered a cheeseburger (two patties), and a small fry. It is cute how they call if "little" but lets face it you could feed 4 people with a large fry lol. I got the cheeseburger with the works minus the grilled onions (I prefer raw). I sat down and started munching then I realized there weren't jalapeños on the burger. I love the raw (again) jalapeños that are offered at Five Guys. It adds another dimension to the delicious burgers and the toppings. I was kinda bummed that they weren't on there. I thought "the works" included them. I guess I could have asked for some in the side but I didn't. Burger was tasty and the fries were crispy and delicious. The double patty was plenty of food though I would rather have a single cooked medium rare but not expected with 3 *** reviews. Five Guys has THE BEST fries, and always plenty of malt vinegar to sprinkle over them. Shakes are good. I love the sautéed onions and mushrooms available for burgers and hot dogs. I don't love that the bun always falls apart before I finish my burger; they just are not robust enough to hold up to all the wet toppings. I don't understand why it takes so long here to get my food, when hardly anyone else is waiting in front of me. The neon lights and atmosphere are visually exhausting so I usually get take-out. The 50's-style decor lends itself to being a loud space even when it's almost empty. I noticed that when the food-delivery people came in, the kitchen usually had their burgers and dogs ready and made them fresh fries so that was nice for them (not so great for me since I had to wait). This is by far my worst experience with any place I've eaten in town...ever. On 1/22 I placed an online order because their website was VERY specific that they offered curbside delivery. Since I'm on medication that leaves my immune system compromised, this is the only way that we will order food for our family of 6. It gave me an arrival time with instructions of where to park and the number to call when I arrived. On arrival I called the number giving the guy my name, and told him I was here. His exact words were, "AND? What do you expect me to do?You have to come inside like everyone else." I explained how I placed the order online and that I was in their designated parking spot for pick up. He said they didn't offer curbside pickup, if I wanted my food I had to come inside. I looked in and the place was PACKED with people unmarked and eating and waiting in line. I told him that I couldn't come inside and explained why. He was so rude that I was shaking. He said, "your order won't even be ready for another 45 minutes so you'll have to come back." I told him to cancel it then, and he said he couldn't do this because I didn't place it with the store, I placed it online and prepaid for it. Since we were feeding a family of 6 I couldn't afford to throw dinner with all of the trimmings away. I left, furious. I drove home and showed my wife the screenshot about pick up instructions. She said when you get there, call them back and tell them you have an order for curbside pickup and ask for the manager. I drove back, 45 min later and called inside told them I had a curbside delivery pickup, gave my name and the guy said, "shit" in an annoyed manner and hung up on me. There was no, "Look dude, we are slammed and short handed, can we just refund your $ and we will call it a day?" Nothing. If the guy had made ANY sort of gesture of any kind of goodwill or professionalism I wouldn't be writing this review. I masked up, went inside, it was all cold as of it had been sitting there the entire time. I drove home, we sat down with it and EVERY.SINGLE.BURGER was wrong. As if it was done intentionally! It was egregious enough that I am including pictures. I wish that I had the name of the punk on the other end of the phone. Maybe management should review the phone recordings for an example of horrific customer service. Trust me, avoid this business. There are so many places in town that offer good service and food, this one doesn't deserve your business and hard earned money. A simple no frills no thrills place for a good burger at a reasonable price. The service is pretty quick here and the burgers are filling. The portion of fries are very generous, meaning that a regular size one is usually good enough. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with a patty in it and also a double cheeseburger with large fries (not knowing how big it is). The burgers were nice and juicy and of decent size. Its nice that they let you choose the condiments you want to add on without additional charge. Its also a plus that you can have some free peanuts while waiting for your order to come out. read more

Having tried many burger spots specifically one across the street who I was a fan of since they opened in New York and where I ate numerous times. I came back to 5 Guys because their burgers are just better. Juicer patties, more tasty and everything in between. I am writing this review to commend the service we received recently on a Sunday. The restaurant was relatively slow I came in with my whole family of 5. We ordered at the counter, got our food in a timely manner and enjoyed the tasty food that even our kids prefer over Shake Shack next door. Anyhow my oldest got a soda this time, rare occasion. The only other person in the restaurant at that time was and employee who clearly had just finished her shift and was getting picked up by a family member. Sure enough in true kid fashion my daughter knocked over her full sized cup of soda and it exploded on the floor. I kept my cool while someone else in the restaurant jumped up into acton to help resolve the situation. It was Abigail, the off duty employee, that could have easily left as she was done for the day. Mind you the other employees behind the counter just stood there and stared. Abigail, took off her backpack and jacket, as she was about to leave, and went to the back to grab a towel and bucket to help clean up the mess. My whole family was grateful for the initiative and for the help. My daughter apologized and Abigail was so sweet and kind and said not problem at all, I am happy to help I wipe up spills all the time. Long story short its employees like these that make the difference, they are on the front lines representing your company. And when someone like Abigail goes the extra mile and shows care even when she is off the clock is a testament to someone who has integrity and gives the gift of care and attentiveness not because shes getting paid to do it, in this case not paid as she clocked out, but because she loves what she does. Initially I loved 5 Guys. Freshly made thin burger coupled with a broad set of toppings. Heaven! Then came the pandemic and a need to order delivery. The Cedar Hills location has a computer based system that records the requested components. What could go wrong? Seems employees that do not follow customer printed orders. Three delivery orders; three mismade burgers. Relish, onions, grilled onions, etc. left out. The last time made me blink...my hot dog got its relish and onions....the accompanying burger no relish, no onions. A sad failure to follow the submitted food order. If I could give negative stars I would! We ordered via the website today and they said the order would be done in 8 minutes.(around 659pm) We then headed over there and they said they were backed up. One hour later no food!!!!!! We asked multiple times for update and they said they were 2 tickets behind at 7:09pm. That is not going to take 1 hour. Let me start this with the fact that we have been a long customers and we have never had a problem until yesterday, and after the other day, we will never go back again! During this recent storm my family and my children's friends were all snowed in up at Mt. Hood. We had thought we had brought enough food but we ran out and had to make the trip back to Beaverton. There was a total of 12 of us and after that long drive in bad weather and already being out of food up at the cabin we were all famished. We pulled into 5 Guys and proceeded to order our 12 burgers. I even asked the gal at the order kiosk if they had stickers that go up to 12 since they usually put the number of burger on the wrapper as they are ordered, she said "Oh ya no problem we go higher than 12." The order total was over $130. We all waited patiently and got our food, and grabbed the number that correlated with number in which we ordered. I grabbed 12 since I was last and opened it up and it was completely wrong. I took it back to the counter and the gal at the counter was apologetic and asked me to tell her what I had ordered and she would remake it. Then the manager came over and I thought for sure he was coming to apologize, but NO. He came over and said that I needed to look at each slip on the bag, they made the order correctly and he ordered the gal at the front to charge me for this remake of a burger. I could see if I was trying to be shady and say the whole order was wrong or I wanted a refund for the entire order over one burger, but that was not the case. I simply wanted my burger correct. Pretty good MOST of the time. Only one complaint, they ALWAYS tend to "SMASH" the burger once it's complete before they foil wrap it...??!!! WHY???? Oh Five Guys how I've missed you so. I have lived in this town for over a year and I haven't been to a Five Guys since I lived in Texas. The closest one in this town is down in Happy Valley or you have to hit the suburbs to get one. This town has plenty of burger joints with too many Little Big Burgers (a bit overpriced for the size) sprawling across the town. Yes, Slow Bar does have one mean burger and I have raved about them and I even enjoy Burgerville's options and like their whole philosophy. But Five Guys? Come on! If you're getting the normal double patties you will be rolling out of the place. It's a lot of food with lots of free toppings to choose from, but you know this if you've been there. Five Guys is not an everyday place to visit. It's your guilty pleasure. The fresh fries, the tasty, tasty burgers and all the great crunchy veggies and sauces. You can't go wrong here. I will admit the prices are a bit steep, I guess that's where the "free" toppings are actually included. Whatever. It's a good burger and they have a good reputation. I went with just a single patty, only because I wanted to be able to function and not be in a meat coma. Lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and bbq sauce made my cheeseburger complete and I was content. So funny story, the girlfriend has never been to five guys before. So when she ordered the regular burger I was very impressed. When she realized the scale of her burger I had a good chuckle. But my girlfriend is not one to back down from a challenge. We both demolished our burgers, a large fries and a milkshake. The strawberry milkshake was divine. The burgers were cooked perfectly. The overflowing fries filled the bag like an avalanche of salty Cajun goodness. I do wish that they could do a fried egg on the burger.
