McDonald's on 434 in the Walmart shopping center breakfast in the mornings my favorite is steak egg and cheese egg McMuffin with coffee and hashbrowns. They deliver it to your table. The staff is excellent. The managers run good with a good crew and staff they are very nice and polite and very efficient. Take pride and what to do. Online they sold frozen Lyman aide but they didn't have it. So after ordering and paying and waiting for delivery I have to substitute. Then when the order arrived the hash brown was half cook soggy and was not crispy. Clearly the online order is a great way to unload substandard food. Buyer beware. Everyone loves McDonald's, but too be this close to main attractions and main highway you'd think this place would take pride in having the most service being next to a chik fil a , but here you don't get service , drive thru is full of attitude. I ordered food via postmates at 2:45am. Lunch/ dinner was still posted and I was able to complete my order. After 20min and my Uber driver arriving there to pick my order up, I was informed by postmates my order was cancelled. If you aren't willing to make the food, because it is too close to breakfast, then don't accept the order. There is a reason you serve lunch/ dinner until 3 am. Everyday, because you're typically the only restaurant open serving lunch.now here we wit wasting more time ordering food that we don't even want, while my stomach eats itself. We were in our way out of town, had to get something fast, we don't usually eat at these places, now I am reminded why. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, I got that plus! About a half of onion, in big chunks! It's been a while, I don't remember ever getting a burger with that much onions and in that size. Picked up a kids meal for my brother tonight. The first bite he took into it he realized something was off. He quickly opened it up & this is what he saw. We are not happy. The burger patty is burnt on both sides & VERY thin. There are no condiments, (except for the ONE piece of lettuce, thanks) on top of all of this, we called twice & they do not answer the phone. I literally just had the most excellent customer service experience that I've ever had at any McDonald's. The drive thru cashier today was phenomenal! He was upbeat, witty, and very professional. We had a quick exchange & I drove off in a giggling fit (I'm goofy, so what). I had to take a second and third look to make sure I was at the right place. This Mc Donalds location at 240 S HWY 434, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 - Store #11974 sold me UNCOOKED food. My order was a Grilled Artisan Chicken sandwhich and a ranch snack wrap. The cripsy chicken in the snack wrap was UNCOOKED. It was like biting into rubber. For the second part of the order not only did they get the order wrong (they sold me a cripsy chicken sandwich instead of a grilled) but the chicken they sold me was hard as a rock. You could literally chip your tooth biting into it. It must have been days old. When I walked inside there was a customer in front of me complaining about her food being uncooked and she was also asking for a refund. When it was my turn to speak to the manager of the location, Stephen, he said nothing and did nothing besides ask me to swipe my card for a refund. The workers in the back were goofing off and laughing at the woman that asked for a refund. I told Stephen that his workers need to be retrained. He didn't seem to care. The food was uncooked and inedible. I'm going to make sure this is posted on every review site I can find. Maybe I've just had a string of bad luck when it comes to this particular McDonald's, but every time I go here, the drive-thru wait time is exorbitantly long. It seems as if they just don't quite have it down, compared to other fast food places nearby. I've had several visits where the fries were warm (almost cold), and more than the average error in the wrong food received. I will give them credit where it is due, the remodel is quite nice, and every time I have gone through the drive-thru, the staff has been quite nice. If only they could improve on their consistency, like the Apopka location seems to be able to do. read more

AVOID! So they did a remodel and the whole front of the store is empty and there is no cashier only kiosks. We order our food and sit down 21 minutes later they bring it, both drinks under her arms saying no trays. Open the bag to find one straw for two drinks. My son ordered a snack wrap with just chicken and cheese, it had no cheese. His bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, our 6 piece nuggets had 4, my lite mayo was literally smeared all over the outside of the bun. I then took some food to go two cheeseburgers with no pickles, both had pickles and two mcdoubles add lite mayo and extra onions, got zero onions and extra mayo. The lady next to us had a raw hamburger. The manager could care less. If anything is wrong they hide (you can't see the kitchen now) my son stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for a straw. There always seems to be a line at the drive threw when I go, but i don't spend too much time in line! The inside is clean, limited seating, but quick and the staff is friendly. The fries; however, are inconsistent! Sometimes they are too salty, and once my fries had no salt at all.
