It's fast food, pretty sure they went to Walmart and bought Tyson chicken cooked it up and then served it actually.. actually probably not, because it taste like a chicken flavored dog food. Stoppped for ice and coffee. The girl was less than thrilled with her job. There was no line. Another couple walked in after we had ordered. He couldn't even get anyone to take his order. Took about 30 minutes to get our coffee and ice. It was the service that was awful here. Good help is hard to find but i think they got the worst of the worse! read more

The food is usually good once I FINALLY get it. They are always slow and for some reason, it takes them twice as long to make the quarter pounder than any other burger. They know there's a lunch rush around 12-2 they should be used to it by now. I'm tired of always having to wait 15+ minutes for my food. I went to this McDonald's to grab something to eat for my friend and I. we get there and there shake machine was "broken". they said they could make a mcflurry and we went with that. well we get up to the second window to get our food and it wasn't even ready. the employee RUDELY told me to pull forward. a second employee walked out with my mcflurry which was HALF FULL!!!! and asked as to move up to a stop sign around the corner super rudely. honestly if you have to make a stop sign you're WAY TO SLOW AND NEED TO LEARN TO BE FASTER AT YOUR JOB. like c'mon. it's MCDONALDS. we then waited for our food for 15 minutes and we only ordered two mcChickens a mcflurry and a large fry. that's RIDICULOUS! i would NOT recommend this McDonalds. thanks! read more

Went here the other day at 3:00 pm, only one other person in line and all he got was a coke. I ordered a #1 with a coke, pretty straight forward, right. She handed me the bag and my change but forgot my coke, of course I didn't realize it until I parked under the shade tree to have my lunch. So I backed out of my space and drove back to the drive up to get my coke. Parked again and opened my bag. Let's see, both the burger and fries were lukewarm at best, the burger was soooo dry it didn't even have a full piece of cheese on it. The cheese wasn't even melted, it just lays cold on the burger. Just horrible. I paid $8.00 for a cold horrible meal. What has happened to the work force. I worked at a fast food restaurant when I was in high school. I remember having pride serving customers. I've had multiple experiences where this place either isn't open at 5:30 am which is half an hour after it's supposed to be or it's closed about an hour before it's supposed to close. Ridiculous. Go to the one on 34th and Coulter, usually better service there anyways. read more

Every time I go 40 minutes before closing they completely ignore you and won't take you're order. Has happened twice now.

I wanted to leave a good review because of the kind staff who were very patient with my elderly grandad. They made sure we were taken care of and the manager even came around and asked if she could get us any refills on our drinks. Fairly fast service durning lunch rush, even with a busy drive-thru. Stopped there for lunch one Sunday afternoon , Was pretty dead in there . In fact there were probably more employees sitting down than there were customers. Anyway I was placing an order at the automated kiosk for my son and I. I placed an order for my son but wouldn't let add to the order. I looked around to get help tried to get the attention of a manager who ignored my as she walked right by me. I pressed the the assistance button on the kiosk, the assistance light was flashing yer nobody bothered to help me . There were two employees siting on their butts staring right at me , instead of getting someone to help they did nothing. There was another employee cleaning up the dining area tried to get her attention but she must have been deaf as was the manager who walked right passed me. So obviously the managers and employees at this McDonalds are either blind and deaf or just plain lazy and oblivious to their customers. So I canceled the order and walked out. Will never go to to this McDonalds again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. read more

This is 5/5 for a McDonalds. When comparing McDonald I can only compare cleanliness, service provide and wait times. Bright and colorful interior. Nice chairs and tables. Probably the best McDonald's I have been to so far. Staff there is super nice. The create your own burger thing is a mind blow. However I'll probably spend the same money at coyote bluff for a mushroom topped medium rare cooked burger. Onetime they messed up my order with someone else's. I didn't notice until I got home. I ended up getting 2 extra quarter pounders and 2 extra fries and 1 extra double cheese instead of getting my own order. So I had to have McDonald's for that whole weekend. My experience has been that this location always has fresh, hot Mcdonald's fare. The draw for me is the excellent customer service, specifically from George and Kayla. No matter the day or time, you can expect a friendly smile and great attitude!! Wish all frontline service staff had such a demeanor.
