Horrible McDonalds. Went through drive through at noon on March 14. Didn't get my full order. Quarter Pounder was raw. Went back to get order right and got a new Quarter Pounder. It too was raw. They are going to hurt someone. Someone will become ill. read more

This McDonalds has awful customer service. The young man at the register seems like he has never taken an order before and the managers were nowhere to be found to help him. My sister then waited at the counter and thier backs were turned to her for a couple of minutes. Also the sodas fountain had no syrup, tasted like water. Also thier wifi blocks yelp. Drive through was wrong... the past 5 times. They forgot a milk, chocolate shake, and 2 fries, so essentially 1/2 the meal. If you're looking for a place to ensure 100% failure rate on a drive through order, this is your place! read more

Staff isn't friendly and I have gotten cold food a couple of times from this location. I realize it's fast food but it would be nice if they could be a little nicer. The manager was extremely rude and ignored us until another employee pointed out that we were still waiting for her which she rolled her eyes about. read more

1/23/21 approx. 12:00 pm we visited this location via the drivethru. No one was at the 1st window (we waited until there was a long line behind us). So we moved to the 2nd drivethru window. The employee was upset that we had not paid and went to find out what was going on with the 1st window. When she finally came back, she took our payment and did not give us a receipt (it was unavailable per the employee). She told us to drive around the corner and wait for our drivethru order. We waited 15 minutes in our vehicle (I had a young child with me in the vehicle). I finally went inside and waited another 7 minutes for someone at the counter to ask what we wanted. When I explained that our order was MIA, guess what, she wanted our receipt. Well, we did not have that and I explained the situation. I also asked to speak with the manager. He was busy sitting at a table in the restaurant and could not be bothered to talk about the issue. Wow, great customer service here. After waiting another 10 plus minutes we finally got the order (it was cold by the way). We spent over $18.00 for garbage food and garbage service. Had a mocha frappe spilled on me because the lid was not on. The manager made excuses and said it wasn't their fault. Didn't want to offer an apology. Told me I was rude after I showed her my ruined white shorts with mocha stains all over them. Didn't want to refund my money and made me wait a while for it. An employee in the background of the drive through window laughed at me. Just an overall incompetent, rude group of people. I won't go there anymore. read more

Terrible customer service the two manager ladies were the most rude and disrespectful. Ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and they only wanted to give me 1 BBQ sauce. I politely asked if i could have another sauce and thats when the attitude and rudeness started. This location needs a new management for sure because the younger employees are leaps and bounds more respectful. read more

I guess I am not surprised to get on here and find such a low rating for this McDonald's. For being in such a nice end of town they sure do employ the bottom of the barrel. I have had to call in a complaint for this location about 4 times, just this summer alone! And I am not someone to complain unless it's really really bad! This time, I had requested a call back from the owner because the manager there could care less about anything. I get a call back from the owner JAMAL, Jamal informs me that he talked to his people there and I came through at 11:07. I said no, I'm looking right at my receipt and it says 11:03 so why try to lie to my face? I have the receipt right here! To which he replies.......if you don't like it don't come back! Are you kidding me with this???? These people took over this store barely a year ago and it has just gone to sh**. So you know what dude? You got it. I wont be back. My family wont be back. My friends wont be back. Do yourselves a favor and drive the extra distance to the other Arvada location which is NOT owned by them. At least then you won't have to worry about the workers sneezing directly into your food, deciding to be out of the food you have a coupon for, or filling up the large fries less than halfway with cold limp pieces of uncooked potato strings. Worst Mc Donald's drive through ever!! Come on you know Friday night is going to be busy. The drive though should not take 30-35 mins!!!

I love going to this Mcdonalds. I typically go here for breakfast and they can really get busy but they do an outstanding job handling the crowd. The drive-thru moves quickly and they are very friendly. I love the dollar drinks, egg mcmuffin and sausage burrito. I sometimes go in and enjoy the wifi and cleanliness. read more

I will never ever go to this McDonald's again. This has happened consistently at this McDonalds. This morning, we sat in the drive thru and didn't even move for just over 6 minutes. When I got up to the pay window finally, I asked the guy working there if he knew why, he said no. I then asked for my receipt and he shook his head and mumbled under his breath and closed the window. I then figured I would get it from the person at the next window. Well first my order was all wrong. The woman at this window couldn't speak barely any English. I asked for my receipt three times an she didn't understand. I am done with this place. Went through the drive thru a few nights ago. It was about 9:30 at night. Not busy but I was not the only person in line. When I pulled up I seen the manager handing people their food through the window and I told myself that it should be to bad tonight. Well boy was I wrong. The teenagers they had working the drive thru were extremely rude. I couldn't even finish a word before I was asked if that was all. Every single word I said I got was that all. If it was all I would say that's all I want. Then the laughing started. I was still trying to order at this point. I was getting extremely upset. Finished my order pulled up to pay. The children working were still laughing and being extremely rude. Handed him my card and he asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. He threw them both at me. Went to the next window and the girl working the window was soooo kind and sweet. I felt bad she had to work with the two in the back. Our food was okay. Our fries tasted as if they had gotten old and they threw them back in the dryer to warm them again. Our nuggets were the same way. Sandwiches were good. Teenagers working there should really be held to higher standards. The manager had a headset on and really should of been managing them. read more
