Pulled in on a busy Sunday. Wife place the order and it came up correctly on the screen, pulled forward and paid the amount stated. Gave us our order but it was missing a double quarter pounder. When we pointed it out to the MANAGER, who acting irritated, asked if we wanted her to ring us up for one? After several minutes of back and forth, she rudely agreed to give us one if we'd pull forward. Eventually they brought us a bag with a double quarter pounder plus another random burger? When we got home realized one of the sandwiches in the original bag also wasn't right. How about you give us what we paid for, or at least apologize and fix it when you mess up. read more

I like McDonald's. Even if you're not looking for a "meal" it's usually easy to find a good snack to tide you over until you get some better nutrition. That being said I'm no stranger to their menus and often use doordash to deliver my food. I understand delivery may cause items to arrive cold or otherwise not in the state they left the restaurant. However I find it ridiculous that this location never fails to disappoint me both in drive through and delivery. I order lunch at 11am just after breakfast has ended and receive food that tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. My orders are regularly wrong and rarely entirely edible. I've taken to ordering all the way down near Kipling (I live near the ice area on 72) to get good quality food. Just ridiculous when a location 10 more minutes away can provide better quality. They just don't wear masks very often at this location and I don't feel safe going here anymore. They're crowding around the kitchen behind the pickup windows chatting and hanging out without masks or gloves or anything you'd expect in a restaurant kitchen let alone during a pandemic. Maybe they were friends hanging out since they're weren't in uniform? This last time we saw a man dressed in uniform walking into the kitchen from his car with bags of frozen McDonald's hashbrowns and chicken patties, again no mask straight through the open kitchen door then came out looking confused and walked off through a different part of the parking lot. This place is utterly disgusting and unclean, the workers are so lazy. If you had a look at them then you would know why right away. I don't understand how the owner can tolerate the constant uncleanliness of his establishment and how he doesn't hold his employees accountable for not doing their jobs to keep the place clean. The lobby is constantly dirty and they stand behind he counter chit chatting in Spanish instead of sending someone out to wipe off the tables, mop the floors, and clan the bathrooms. I work nearby and walk over for exercise to this location, recall recently how he men's bathroom was serviced all day. There was no toilet paper or paper towel to wipe your hands with after washing them. Made me wonder whether the employees even bother to wash their hands afterwards before making people's food. Think E-Coli people, the stomach flu or worse from eating that food. The also seem to constantly have a fly infestation which is clearly evident if you ever sat in their lobby where they pester every customer. Seriously how hard can it be to clean the place to get rid of the flies, I can only imagine what those flies are eating in the back or injecting their eggs into to keep their population alive. Think about it people and stand up to do something to get this place to clean up their act. I've also watched the lazy employees come out rarely to the lobby to barely wipe the tables, skipping over some of them as well as the booth seats where they leave caked on food on the tables and crumbs on the seats. If you look at their grout it's also caked with dirt and dropped food and also needs some serious pressurized deep cleaning. read more

Yes this location can get worse. Wanted some breakfast at 11:15 at night. Lights and drive through seemed opened. Waited at the drive through for about 5 min, finally drove to payment window then to pick up window. After 2 more minutes a fat rude woman mouthed were closed and turned her back on me. This location should be closed. These people don't belong in the fast food business. Especially this horrible fat woman, she's a nasty rude piggish woman. Just the thought of her touching my food makes me gag. Stay away. Update: This location has improved. They seem to have fired the previous "staff" and brought in people who care. Wish I didn't have to give a star at all. This McDonald's is horrible. And yet we keep trying to give it a try Over and over again. They pull you around all the damn time to wait for your food. It's seriously a joke. My personal favorite is when your pulled around with other cars causing such a mess for other cars to get around. I have always gone to this McDonalds and the past two times I have been here through the driveway the same man has been extremely rude. The first time while we were looking at the menu the man said "just so you know the longer you take the closer it comes to when we close." They did not close for another 45 minutes... This time they said something and my friend did not hear so she said "I'm sorry can you repeat that?" And In a very rude and loud he repeated what he said. This is the closest location to my home and I have few complaints about the quality . Staff generally is quite friendly and try hard despite heavy customer base that is not uncommon. I have not seen the facility unclean as previously mentioned. The decor is modern and lacks any appeal but this is fast food so it is what it is. Owner is not a good person so I typically avoid his businesses for that reason. They struggle with staffing at times so it would be nice to see him put forth some personal effort to be available to ensure staff can maintain higher customer satisfaction. My favorite Mcds is the one in Aurora by the airport. Just a great crew and service standards that deserves to be recognized read more
