The manager who was working on September 28, 2024 (during the chaos of Helene) was incredible!!!!! She was working all morning to mid afternoon directing traffic, answering questions from passerby's, and allowed my bf and I to literally STAND In the drive thru because our car was out of gas and we were stranded there. On whole, for us it was an average McDonalds and nothing either good nor bad to write about. We were using the nearby Tesla Supercharger and walked over to here. If I had one complaint it's the inability to support walking that this stop has, you take your life into your hands walking the 1000ft from the charger to here as it's access roads treated as speedways by the locals and not a crosswalk or sidewalk in sight. Ordering is now done via the menu boards which while not the best UI are workable, you learn how they work after you accidentally order three meals instead of three hamburgers but otherwise it's a run of the mill McDonalds that satisfies a food stop on a long road trip. The mall has other options but we still have two kids who aren't able to be vaccinated yet and wanted a lower population spot. Drive through was a hopping but we were able to come in, find a socially distant spot and eat and get out while our car charged. read more

Well this was disappointing. A very polite drive through made me think this was going to be good this time. After getting the drinks we were told to pull forward cause they were waiting on the fries. I thought, "Awesome we're getting fresh fries!" I get home and there are 5 nuggets in my 10 piece. And the fries were not fresh. Not sure what we were waiting on. UPDATE..... so this morning is strike three you're out. Yet again a shorthanded staff with no sense of urgency. The manager was actually off to the side cleaning something instead of being a leader through the rush. Absolutely sad excuse for management staff in this place. Don't put your stupid people on register either. This is now the 3rd time I have given this place a chance to redeem itself and you can bet I won't be back EVER!! I work nearby, and for the last year and couple months this is the McDonald's I usually end up at when I go to one. First of all, the woman who works register and is shift lead, sucks. She is hateful, talks about customers under her breath while we are in front of her, and is one of the most rude and condescending people I've ever run into. if you hate your job, find a new one. Ketchup pumps have been broken for about eight months, which I guess is better than having flies like they used to? They're constantly out of varying drinks, like sprite and doctor pepper. the problem with sprite is that it's clear, and when no one puts a basic empty sign on it, we can't tell that it's empty until a big swig of carbonated water hits the pallette. On the occasion I go and eat inside, it's so hard to find a clean table, but I've also never seen anyone in there clean a table. Hmm. I'm usually super patient about my order being jacked up, which does happen, but when I'm asked to pull forward, I expect to have it brought out. Instead, I'm watching cars pull in and get through and pull around me for 10 minutes. Obviously my food wasn't coming, and going in wasn't pleasant, because they tried to give me the wrong thing again. I feel bad about blowing up, but my god. Avoid this place. read more

I ordered an mc double, and it was absolutely HORRIBLE! There was only one pickle, and it was really small, and practically on top of the bread itself. There was one slice of cheese, or what was left of it, they gave me a half slice of cheese, the meat was good though, tender and warm, but the customer interaction was not good at all, our lady at the window took forever to get to the window, we could hear her talking to other women about her boyfriend or something, and she comes to the window, and was like: SSSIIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHH wHat dId U GeT? And we were just like wow, honestly, horrible restaurant, not even going to mention the crunchy bread on my mcdouble. With the low amount of Dr. Pepper in my large drink, no one was working there, NO SENSE OF URGENCY, and honestly, I feel like there are some drugs going on in that building, I could hear yelling, and cussing in the drive-thru window DO NOT GO HERE! As far as McDonald's go, this one is ok not great. Late-night drive-thru service is suspect. You'll see the employees smoking cigarettes in the parking lot while on their breaks - which is gross. And for the love of anything decent in fast-food: thoroughly check your order/bag before you walk or drive away or you'll surely get burned at this location. We sat in line for 15 min to pick up a doordash, which was confirmed. So I drove the first window and no one was there so I went to the next window and the employees were standing around talking. A woman that I assume is the manager opened the window and I told her I was there for a pick up and she said they aren't doing it so I asked why and she mumbled something, I told I didn't understand her. She then wipped her head around to her coworkers and said "Am I speaking Spanish or something" and then slammed the window and flipped me off. Went through the drive thru and asked for a receipt. Got up to the window to pay,and the girl was on her phone texting. She took my money and she was still texting. I gave her correct change, and waited for my receipt however, I had to wait on her to finish texting to give me my receipt. I pulled to the window and was given my drinks and was asked to park in #2 spot they had to make my food fresh. Received my food and the fries were a day old it seemed like. No napkins at all. The manger was yelling and screaming at employees and cussing at them. She used the F word more than once and Bitch. She yelled, and i mean yelled at one customer who came in without a mask but yet she did not even have hers on the right way. It was not covering her nose and part of her mouth. There was another employee that had her on her chin and she was bagging food. I could not believe how rude she was and how bad her language was. I would never go back there ever again. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We entered the building to a huge line and only one register was open. After getting to the front of the line, we placed our order and waited for 10ish minutes and realized they never gave us cups for drinks. We had to get around the huge line to the front to ask for drink cups. After sitting back down, we saw they didn't give us mayonnaise or any of the sauces that we had asked for. After we had our food for about five minutes, the manager finally brought us our three Mcflurries. We asked her for ranch, mayo, sweet and sour, and honey mustard while she was there. She came back, dropped the stuff on the table, and began walking away when my dad got up to ask her for more sweet and sour because she only brought one tiny thing of it. She turned around really fast and faced him while he was still talking to her and literally waved him off! She never smiled, asked us if we needed anything, and even had the audacity to ignore my dad when he was having to work at getting basic service. My chicken sandwich had mediocre quality chicken that was stringy and brown. My sister's ranch looked runny and out-of-date so she couldn't eat it. My dad's chicken selects were all breading, no meat. On top of the slow, forgetful, rude, and lack of service, the food was a disgusting waste of $31! While traveling to KY for the holidays, I decided to stop at the local McDonald's for some coffee and a quick breakfast. I pull through the drive through and it takes them 5 minutes to notice me. Probably not paying attention for it being early in the morning. I tell them I want an egg mcmuffin with a small coffee and it comes to $4.79. As I pull up to the window, I hand them my card and they give me my meal. I decide to pull into a parking spot to scarf down my muffin and sip my coffee. I discover that they gave me a cold meal and the wrong meal as well. My coffee is cold and I get a plate of hot cakes which aren't even hot instead of my mcmuffin. I also check the receipt and I see that they mischarged me by $2. Thinking this a joke, I decide to go inside to confront them and ask for a refund or my real order. I walk up the the register and find the cashier texting on her phone instead of noticing me. I clear my throat hoping to get her attention until she finally looks up and sees me. I respond to her asking for a refund since I was mischarged and got the wrong cold order. She walks to the back and talks to the cooks I the back for a minute then says it'll be done in a few minutes, so I take a seat, only for the other few people to be served before me. Finally father 10 minutes, they handed me my order, only for it to be wrong AGAIN and it be cold. At this point, I'm too tired and frustrated to deal with these people so I take it with me and throw it in the trash. Just decided to grab some coffee from the gas station across the street while I refueled and grabbed a pack of muffins from in the convenience store while I used the restroom. I will never go to that McDonald's again since they did this previously last time I was traveling through here. read more
