There was a chainlink fence gate that was barely open, with an overgrown sign, and it looked like you were walking into a haunted factory. We walked in the brewery and it was only light by faint lights and candles. We jokingly started calling it the MURDER BREWERY in a spooky voice. I see the beautiful plants in the pictures in reviews here and we saw none of that. I have less-than-stellar night vision and actually held onto my wife's shoulders for her to lead me around. They also have a lot of tables without chairs. Maybe that's trendy, but really I want to sit and chat while I try your beer. I don't want to have to stand around. It cleared out before we left and we got a seat eventually, but the table/chair ratio was way out of whack. All this time and I haven't spoken about the beer yet. It was pretty good. My BIL loved the Mummy Cat. We all had some pretty decent beers. However, we bolted after not too long due to it just not being a great place to hang out in the dark. I had a house salad and some dilly beans for lunch. The house salad was fresh and extremely well balanced. I'm glad they had something vegetable centric available. The dilly beans were good, but quite a bit for a single human. They're probably the type of thing you would want to split among friends. I actually showed up for an event in the evening where they served pizza using dough fermented with one of their yeast strains. That was truly excellent.
