Extremely slow service. I've had faster service in actual sit down restaurants than this McDonald's.

They were not busy when I was there. They did nothing right! Quite disgusting!!! I have not been here in years , never coming back . Not that they would care . Long wait , cold food and cold coffee . They should be shut down. Don't go here , you will be sorry I am sure of that !!! read more

coworkers are high off there ass talking and moving slow. got my order wrong and when I went in to fix the problem, the lady was slow and kept repeating herself and not listening to what i said was wrong.. im not sorry for what im gonna say, dont work if your just gonna be high off your ass. getting orders wrong left and right. Arrived at the drive thru at 11:45 on 5/12/24. 2 cars in the parking lot. No one would answer the speaker. Drove around to the window, honked. No one came. Looked like they were already cleaned up and obviously closed. Was coming from the hospital after a long night. Made it to Grant Ave location be 12:00 (alleged closing time of W. Genesee St). This is the second attempt to go here and it has been very unprofessional and disappointing. Last week we waited in line for 15mins and not one employee even greeted us. The Manager was in the back doing laps around her staff, asking for things to get prepped and ready for lunch and not one person helped her as she rushed to finished breakfast rounds. They stood there and joked on who would greet the customers at the counter, pass inappropriate racial slurs to each other, and not to mention swearing. Let me note all of this right in front of customers at the front counter and at the drive through windows. And still not one person said hi or took our order. We left. Today we decided to try again. It was a hard fail. We waited 30mins in line after our order was taken, only to receive cold food. I think the Grand Ave location management moved over to this location. A few weeks ago it took 35 minutes to get a milkshake (35 minutes after paying) - very upset Door Dash people picking up orders after mine. I went in to order and it took TWENTY MINUTES for ten McNuggets and a coke. The workers were wearing VERY THIN GLOVES and some not wearing gloves AT ALL. But the food is the highlight. If you get McNuggets made fresh, you will ascend. The 10 nuggets dipped in all the sauces like the infinity gauntlet was IMMACULATE. Delectable fries I might add. I was excited about the remodeling. I think it looks nicer inside but have never been fan of computers taking jobs from humans, however this place should have even more computers and none of the current staff. Since the opening the place has become filthy. Services is slow to the point of concern. The staff that they have are rude, and complain about the hrs they have to work. I'm sure other ppl would love to have a job. The food is basically thrown together and if you want it replaced they treat you like ur an annoying liar of some sort. Placed our order at drive threw. Paid at first window with my bank card and that kid threw my receipt out . My husband said no we want the receipt. He takes it out of the trash instead of printing a new one. And it has ketchup on it. Wipes it off and said. We said wait a minute your missing half our order. Kid says sorry go to next window. Then we get the happy meal with litterly 8 fries in it and the nuggets were just in the box. Then gave us part of our order and none of that was right. To much fooling around and do there job. Bottom line don't eat there. I watched the manager take the quarter pounder out of the wrapping look at bare handed wrap it up to and put it in someone else's order. This restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. Me and my wife of 15 years went here the other day for our annual anniversary. She wanted mcchickens and to just stay at home with me so we went to mcdonald's together. And soon behold the mess that would happen. My wife and I were ordering and in the background we heard loud rap music playing along with loud yelling as my wife and I were just peacefully trying to get food. After we order the man on the microphone who was taking our order yelled in a rude manner at us to pull around to the first window. We paid and the cashier said our total came out to 13 something. Which made no sense because I had only ordered 3 mcchickens and a drink. I insisted that it wasn't my order and the young man started getting aggravated with me and finally rang my food up properly. We pulled up to the next window and the young man at that window also had an attitude with me. He was very annoyed and as I pulled up he immediately told me to move up to a reserved parking spot. I was confused as 3 sandwiches isn't that much of a wait but I pulled up anyways. They took around 25 minutes to get my god damn food out for my wife. And by the time we got the sandwiches, the food was cold as a December night. This restaurant has awful service and ridiculously rude staff, if you want an enjoyable mcdonald's experience in Auburn just go to the one on Grant Avenue instead. read more

Fix your icecream machine. Relatively n ew store, first thing we ask "is your shake machine working" the worker says "ummm no actually its not." This is the second time this has happened. The rudest unfriendliest staff ever. ...so much for new & improved...Waited several minutes at counter to try and get a fork with countless staff walking past me & ignoring me So, I finally leaned over counter & found my own. While standing there for several minutes I was able to witness several employees not wearing gloves while handling food. An acceptable but lackluster experience overall. I ordered the hamburger with cheese, an a side of their pomme frites. This location lacked an alcoholic menu, so I settled for a glass of sweetened tea (in the southern style) instead of my typical merlot. The burger was well formed, but was dry and appeared to have been unseasoned when it was formed. This establishment attempted to mask the lack of flavor by topping the burger with pickles, minced onions, ketchup and mustard, but it was to no avail. The frites were palatable, but aesthetically unappealing. They were served warm, not hot, and without aioli. I substituted ketchup in the absence of a better alternative. The sweetened tea was unremarkable. The atmosphere was bright and uncomfortable. The red bench at which I was seated appeared to be made of plastic, and was completely without a cushion. The walls were painted bright red and yellow, perhaps in a further futile attempt to distract me from the food The price was the only redeeming quality. At $4.69, my supper was slightly less expensive than I am accustomed to spending on an evening out. read more

It's pretty good when I go there. Most of the time I order the cheeseburger with fries and the burger was okay. But the fries, oh, they were delicious! I absolutely love the fries at McDonald's! The Milkshakes are great, but I have to complain about the whole "No lunch until 11:00". I mean c'mon! I can't get what I want when I want? That's crazy!
