I wanted a quick easy order just to get home, i spent 50 minutes in total. 30 of those minutes were just to get my order taken, even when there were only three cars ahead of me. Again, I understand the impact of being understaffed, there is a point where, any other manager or franchise owner who is in connection with this location also needs some accountability for allowing their employees in that situation.
