First time to this Mickey D's. Mobile ordering was pretty easy. I used the kiosk and of course had free food offer in the app. Staff was really nice, which was refreshing. I don't know what it is about this McDonalds. Maybe it's how Ohio McDonalds' just are now. I recently moved to Ohio from California, who honestly have many of their own issues (and I stress the word *many*). However, I've witnessed now two McDonalds locations in the area remove their self-serve beverage dispenser. I get it. I do. It's unfortunate, but they're trying to recoup any lost revenue in the face of raised costs (from labor, fuel, supplies, etc). That said, each time I've visited, there is always something wrong with my order. When McDonalds rolled out their mobile app, this alleviated many issues with order accuracy since I could literally spell out my requests and avoid drive-thru communication woes. Sadly, McDonalds management and employees have found ways to screw up order accuracy. Often skipped are the requested dipping sauces (in the order but not in the bag). Today, they had to be reminded about my wife's milkshake, they forgot straws. My QPC had burned beef patties, which was still edible but the charring caused the beef patty to crumble from being dry. In addition, they skimped on all of our fries. When we opened the bag just as we pulled out onto Aurora Rd, we were shocked to see that the fries already looked partially eaten. No, they didn't spill out into the bag. There actually were no loose fries at the bottom of our bag. Just a sparse serving of fries on their part. To put it simply, this wasn't a good McDonalds experience for us. It's unfortunate to see how far McDonalds has fallen from their former glory. Their prices aren't great for what you get, they're now appearing to count their pennies rather than focus on the customer experience, which could easy become their demise if they don't figure out how to franchise better. read more

The food is slopped together and their cleanliness score online is terrible. They don't make the orders correct then get an attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. I will never go hear again. Orders 3 sandwiches, got 2. Asked for the third, met with attitude. Got third sandwich. Made it two seconds down the road and realized they weren't even the right sandwiches. Messed up my mcflurry size. Told me i got a small, when i ordered a medium. I went to my huntington app, and did the calculations. It added up to a small fri and a regular sized mcflurry. I went to this McDonald's at 9:30 pm tonight. The drive thru lady was BEYOND rude. She had an attitude from the very start. I didn't catch her name, although she was an older lady with white hair. SHE WAS SO MEAN FOR NO REASON. I stayed nice the entire time still of course but it is just upsetting when I did nothing wrong. If you don't like your job.... THEN GET A NEW ONE. She forgot my sweet tea that I order but closed the window on me as I tried to tell her. Hello, so me and some friends came into McDonalds after our Cavs game the Cavs on the Jumbotron said if the Cavs score over 120 points we can get free large fries. So ofc me and my friends went to McDonalds to get our free food. We waited 20 mins for someone to come up and serve us. It was a young brown colored short kid with a red hoodie on, he walked over to us and said he can not take our order. So we started to record him bc we were not served. He then decided to punch me in the face when I turned around and said, get the F out of my store. I Will never be coming back ever again, I am thinking about suing this McDonalds for this behavior bc it is unacceptable to be hitting customers. Ba da bababa I'm Hatin' It. Whoever is (mis)managing this location should be fired. Upon entering, 2 of the 3 ordering stations are non-functional. Of course, there's no one at the counter to take orders. Go to sit down, not a single clean table in this place. Food comes about 15 minutes after ordering... it's ice cold and she doesn't bring the drinks. She goes and gets the drinks, gives me a Diet Coke instead of the Coke that's clearly indicated on the receipt. Ba da bababa...I'm Outa' Here. This place is GAF. This is the second time in a row that I have been here and walked out without even being served. First day I washed my hands and there were no paper towels in the men's room and it smelled like urine and the floor was wet in spots, there were no napkins out front and there was a girl who appeared to be possibly a manager talking on her cell phone unpacking straws and scratching her thick thick braids on the back of her hair with her nails as she was handling straws and restocking things. She walked past me twice three people looked up from the Drive through area and french fry station and no one responded to me at the counter. I ordered online and showed up 5 minutes after it said my order was ready and it was not there. I asked 2 different workers about where my food was and they said it would be out soon. I waited for 30 minutes and still didn't get my food. A worker named Noah told me to stop complaining and eat somewhere else if my food wasn't coming out. When I asked my dad what he wanted for dinner on Father's Day, his response was "McDonald's hamburgers". The rest of us had other food for dinner, but he loved his dollar menu hamburgers. I also got a large fry for everyone to share and they were disappointing. We love their fries, but these were almost cold and stale. I went through the drive through (I think that's all that's open) and they all had on masks/gloves which was appreciated. Now if only we could get some warm fries... If I could give a 0 I would. I'm not a person who typically write reviews but this was definitely necessary! I left from the drive thru just less than a hour ago and I'm very disgusted. I not only explained the miscommunication on my order and what was missing but also sent my husband in to explain to the manager the issue. I just wanted to say the managers Dawn and Amber are extremely rude. They were rude to the employees, yelling at them and giving them a hard time which resulted in the employees visibly getting upset and annoyed. They were also rude to the customers, "saying okay no then", their tones were also not pleasant to customers. The managers were giving everyone dirty looks which I did not appreciate. So here we are, 4.5 years later to write another review. I ordered in the app because I'm currently at my mom's house dog sitting and working. No issues with the app, the food was fine if not exactly hot but I'm used to that and expect it. I ordered curbside pickup and my complaint is for the person who brought me my food. She was a young African American girl (just throwing that in just in case the manager might actually read this) and I'm not exaggerating when I say she looked like the most miserable person I've ever seen. I mean I get it, you work at mcds and that can't be all that fun. But this girl brought my food to the window with the nastiest look on her face, handed me the food, and walked away without a word. Ordered through mobile app, was given wrong food in wrong size called the store when I got home because I didn't see that they messed up initially, someone answered the phone, then set it down and walked away, I could literally hear them arguing in the background about cash shortage in at least one of the tills among other things. I hung up after several minutes because I was curious as to whether someone would actually come back on the line but 30 minutes after I hung up the line still rings busy because they've left the phone off the hook. This location is the worst McDonald's ever!! they are never open during the times posted, their credit card machine never works so they post a sign saying cash only. they are by far the slowest Mcdonalds I've ever seen. if you drive a little further down the road towards Aurora there is one in Aurora about 2 miles down just go there you won't be disappointed. I was so excited, I mean SO excited for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for dinner since they now serve them all day. They are my fav. I waited longer than normal for my order and had to pull to a wait station but I never mind that cause I expect it to come out fresh then. My biscuit was hard and dried out :( bottom was inedibly hard and I had to peel it off. Made me beyond sad, and ruined the sandwich cause the cheese all came off too . Staff is always friendly though and food is generally good, but small issues like this at times. I don't cheat often and splurge on McDonald's so when I do I want it to be worth it-today it wasn't. We went through the drive thru and it started out okay but then they asked us to pull up to the line...but there was already some one waiting in the pull up line so we were asked to pull up to the front. When we pulled up there were three other cars waiting in front. Worst customer service ever. Waited at "pull up" spot at drive thru for 15 minutes for an egg mcmuffin. Restaurant was empty, very quiet evening. Finally had to park my car and go in the store. I found 4 lazy employees hanging out, not lifting a finger. Seriously, they were not working at all, just chatting with one another. One was texting on his phone leaning on the soda machine. Second time I've had a problem at this McDonalds. First time, the female at the register didn't say a word to me when I walked up to place my order. No "hello" no "welcome to McDonalds" just looked at me like she was put-out and bothered that she had to take my order. I turned around and walked out. Second time was today. Went to the drive-thru. It's food roulette- you never know what you're going to get. It's a game to us, we don't even bother telling them exactly what we want because we're so confident they're going to mess it up. Probably 7/10 times it's wrong. And we go at different times, see different employees working, but it's always the same- no attention to accuracy. This McDonald's is the opposite of fast food....and while I was waiting forever to get a small order I thought to myself at least it will be fresh and hot. NOPE. Old cold fries that took forever but in their defense, they were probably cooked when I ordered them, it just took forever for them to give them to me. Oh yeah, I watched them make the McFlurry my daughter ordered. Put ice cream in a cup and threw m&m's on top so they didn't waste any time on the blending step.
