3 visits ago i just wanted a coke and it took 10 minutes with all the middle schoolers in there (drive thru was zipping through). 2 visits ago my wife wanted a chocolate shake and their machine was broken. 2 weeks later, 2 days ago, I went in for two cokes and that machine was broken (and as much as i wasn't getting one, the ice cream machine is still broken). The employees are nice enough. I don't like to bash private businesses and this may be a franchise so if this improves I will happily come back and change this review. Grand opening on a crummy shopping plaza strip, but nonetheless the fam thought to give the drive thru a chance for a small bite. 1st : Intercom Ordering- two cheeseburgers, one quarter pounder, large fries, and "as many ketchups as you can possibly allow for our order". The menu pops up the digital regurgitation of our selection- TWO KETCHUPS. 2nd : Transaction Window- there is no communication, no eye contact. Just an arm out the window extending and retracting with our card. We pull forward. 3rd : Food Delivery Window- girl sticks her head out window "quarter pounder with cheese?". No, my name is..... (were told to pull up to next window). 4th and Final : Mystery Window- girl pops up and hands us the bag of delights. A quick peek inside to make sure it's all there after the long venture through the drive-thru. No ketchup. WOW. This was quite the experience. So as we roll up to the drive-thru to order the little nugget an artery clogging happy meal--which one might rename 'sad meal,'we encounter our worst visit yet. First off, we order the nugget a 4-piece, toy for a dang boy, apple slices and a juice box--which took what felt like 15 minutes to enter into the system; after they chisled the order into their stone tablets we cruised up to the 'open' window--the woman literally did not say hold for a moment, hello, or kiss my foot--there was no one behind us, yet she was off in la-la-freaking land; after 10 minutes staring her down she finally takes our card and we proceeded to the next window...the guy here was something himself--are they training these people anymore? He chunks me a bag--which I stare blankly inside the chicken nuggets are dumped to the bottom, the fries box (new and improved 2 pack of fries) is poured out, the bag is a heaping mess (picture uploaded), he almost forgot the nugget's juice box and had a completely idiotic stare upon handing out the order. This is one of the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Everything was code-dated, relatively fresh, and they emphasised good customer service. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and seemed to have a few friendly "regulars". One employee's job was to help customers with refills, trays, door, etc... They need a NEW MANAGER! Apparently he/she doesn't know how to do their inventory control. I mean it's not rocket science. You do a report every month of how much you sold so you know what you order the following month or an average for that matter. I live in the area and have been going to that McDonald's for 23 year but the last 2 years they are always out of condiments or have no ice cream. If they have ice cream the machine is already turned off at 9pm or out of order. They have these kids that are running the drive thru and some do their job very well but most are too busy playing around or flirting with each other rather than doing their job. So that would explain why my order is wrong half of the time and drive thru time has gone from 5-8 minutes to 20-25 minutes. 2 of the female cashiers are always in a bad mood and have very dry customer service. God forbid you take advantage of the offers they have on their App for discounts/coupons because they act like it's costing them something or your stealing. They will give you a dirty look and I almost wonder if that's why my food is always wrong or right with cold food and soggy fries. I'm done with this place . I would rather drive further away to Slaughter Lane and get great customer service , the right order, fresh hot food and CONDIMENTS for my food. Note to owner: Be more involved in your franchise business and evaluate who you have running your family business and in control of your profits or in this case losses. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I literally have no expectations in my McDonald's meal, the food is the same anywhere. However at this location the night shift employees lie and steal. Around 11 am to 3 am they will tell you they can no longer use the systems to a.) deter customers because they are lazy as hell and think they are too good to work late at night, and b.) want to pocket the cash from your orders! Good place to stop and get some food who doesn't like a happy meal with fries chicken nuggets and a drink but...the service isn't that great takes a second to get your food inside/drive tru my favorite part about McDonald's is fries dipped in a yummy ice cream but there ice cream machine most of the time is broken but I still love this McDonald's they also provide a playground for kids to play in outside wile parents watch their kids wile they eat at the many tables they provide outside over all I would totally recommend this McDonald's read more

When I got to the window there was an off duty McD employee- still in uniform - chatting with the manager - laughing. No apologies for the wait and then I asked the manager why an off duty employee was distracting on duty employees and the wait was so long, she glared at me....oh well. When I then asked for ketchup, the gal grabbed some packets, made a face as one of the packets was leaking and sticky. Get this - she then hands it to me!!! I called her out on this!
