I ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin from Chick-fill-a for breakfast via the app and ended up getting a chicken egg and cheese muffin instead. When I called to report that my order was incorrect, they informed me my name would be added to a list and they would allow me to come back and have my order replaced. I came back about a week and a half later and was told that my name was not on a list but they would replace my order this time. Overall, happy with the resolution but was surprised that my name was not on the list. I usually place my order in the Chick-fil-a app and then pick my order up in the drive through. Today I was not able to do this due to the situation. The drive thru lines are usually long but they move pretty quickly. I've been going to this location for over 15 years service is always fast when going through the drive-thru even though it may look overwhelming at times. If you go inside, the staff is very friendly as they are known for with a clean dining room and bathroom with quick service inside as well. the food always is hot and if I've ever had a problem with an order, they've always taken care of it. no questions asked and even went above and beyond at times. Love the chicken nuggets...no other equivalent item at other fast foods. in addition, I had unsweet tea, which quenched my thirst. My meal was so super satisfying... The quality of the food and service has taken a nose dive. Chick-fil-A is not what it use to be. I paid $20 for a salad and 8 grilled nuggets. The nuggets were dry and crunchy and they didn't give me the sauce I ordered. The salad had brown leaves and a few slices of chicken. I told them no nuts I'm allergic and they gave me double nuts. The food was like every other Chick-fil-A. The staff was on their phones, which I have never experienced before at a Chick-fil-A. The store does not have as much space as other Chick-fil-As. The parking and driveway are challenging to manage during busy times. I also do not understand the need to put drinks in holders that I then have to take out and put in cup holders in my car. So I put in an order for delivery from the restaurant. It was through DoorDash, except this is not a DoorDash error. The DoorDash delivered what was in the bag that was meant for me. Every time we come pick up our food here over, this Chick-fil-A location they have all of our items corrected which is a win because we only have 30 minutes to come back to work. My salad is so warm and fresh. I cannot wait to grub on my dinner. Now my colleague couldnt wait to eat, she was starving and started eating right away. The staff you can tell work hard and as a team. When we got to the window they confirmed each order with all the details. Good colleagues of mine and I placed a large mobile order on the Chick-Fil-A app. Great software. I can't ever remember a time where a team member forgot an item of any order we have placed, we have ordered here for decades. I didn't think to check the bag with items, as the line was surprisingly short, I was serviced well, and was in and out in 2 minutes. I arrived at my location and my chicken sandwich was not there, but listed on the bag tag and the receipt. The issue there: that was the only thing I ordered, and left me without a meal for my lunch break. We called the store to check about a refund. My colleague spoke to Kayla and was prepared to dissolve this error positively. We were able to get the refund, however, there was no remorse or apology on their end, which was shocking coming from a location that prides themselves on prioritizing the customer. I have been coming here for years and in the past 2-3 years have been exclusively only been using the app to make my purchases whether I am driving thru for pickup or parking to go inside to eat. I like ordering through the app because it allows you to be picky as heck and specify exactly what you need and want on your food. Service is always friendly and fast but you have to understand that this location is right off 2 major highways so it will get crowded. Mornings - the earlier you arrive the better if you are going through the drive-thru. Again my best experiences have been when I order prior to showing up through the app. Afternoon - it gets really busy here especially between 11:45am - 1pm so be ready to wait and / or find a good parking spot away from the drive thru area if you are pressed for time. With the Starbucks business, Cabo Bob's, and the other businesses that get crowded in this shopping center parking can be challenging. Evening - the earlier the better for this time too. We like to park away from the drive thru area and come in. We pre-order through the app and find a spot to sit down. The app has the ability to scan where you are sitting (booth or table has a number at the end of the table) when you arrive and a team member will come out and bring your order directly to you! Highly recommend this especially if you are coming in to eat and/or in a hurry. She was terrible & rude & Baisically told us it's not her problem.. Such a disgusting look for Chick-fil-A. Especially when it's supposed to stand for such good morals. She told us she was a manager! I came here with my co-workers and my kids because I brought the little ones with me to my job. Needless to say they wanted Chick-fil-a for lunch, great choice honestly because this place has a playground with sound proof windows almost. So the kids get play and everyone else in the restaurant eats in peace until they come out screaming from the play ground. LOL Like any Chick-fil-a they have folks outside taking orders during lunch and man this one is by far one of the busiest ones I have been too. The staff is very friendly and resourceful. I just moved to Austin and this is my first time at this chick fil a. I couldn't find my way to curbside parking because the parking lot was PACKED and there was a line halfway down the access road. While they were EXTREMELY busy, I didn't mind waiting in the curbside space once i found one because the girl that brought my order was super sweet and explained how to maneuver in the parking lot. I redeemed my points for a free chick fil a sandwich and medium Mac and cheese. I asked for a chick fil a sauce when I placed my order and got home to no sauce, which I wouldnt mind had my sandwich not been extremely dry! And only 2 little pickles :( I'm super disappointed because the chicken sandwich is usually juicy and never disappoints! Hopefully next time I can go when it's not so busy and I can get my food timely and fresh. I appreciate the kind service though. read more

This location is incredibly busy and due to its location on the service road of 71 if can be difficult to circumnavigate the area but the food quality and service are what we all know and love about this company. It's relatively fast, the food is yummy, and the people are incredibly polite.
