I don't think corporate or the owners read these. It's been the same problem for years, yet nothing is done. Apparently, those of us who wrote here and will not return is not yet enough to harm their bottom line, thus they continue the same "quality of service." Been coming here for years and it was rare they got my order correct the first time. I started ordering from the Kiosk. Usually two small burgers and a cup of coffee. Most of the time, they would bring me my burgers without the coffee. I ordered fries one time with a different "dipping" item. The guy just brought me the dipping item. I had to laugh that common sense did not kick in on this order. Just recently, I ordered a McFlury, 30 minutes went by and I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Two weeks later, I ordered fries, it was over 30 minutes and I had to go to the counter to request them. Just the other night, I heard one of the managers having a confrontational conversation with a customer over the phone. He was not apologetic to the customer at all, in fact was kind of making it seem like it was the customers fault for expecting more than one extra pickle when he asked for extra pickles. After that conversation, another customer entered the restaurant with a bit of frustration on his face, he had been waiting for over 30 minutes for his order. Then the guy from the phone conversation showed up. He repeatedly said he was not trying to be a dck, but not only was this order wrong, but many of his previous orders had been wrong. The manager, said in a condescending way, "Ok, we'll give you a medium fry for your troubles", like the manager was doing him a favor. It was so bad, a lady in the restaurant, went up to him and told him that he was too hard on the guy. He doubled down and said no, it's business and he was going to own this place someday. Well, if he does, I won't be coming here. Two final points. I come here because of the dollar menu and I am not in a hurry. My son used to come to McDonald's, he won't any more because in the past, ever time, I mean every time, they messed up his order. He got frustrated and won't come anymore. I am at McDonald's right now. A lady just came to the counter and asked how stupid are your employees. She pointed out that none of her hamburgers should have pickles/onions on them and all of them had it on them. She then said, it was the 3rd time, not sure if she meant with the current order or visit. Now, he, the manager is arguing with her that this is not a steak house . . ., she repeated it was the 3rd time. If you cannot do it the way you offer, then they should not offer. Never go at night!!!! They are consistently very rude (even for 3 am man, this isn't like normal morning grumpy). We were told they didn't have any food ready so we asked when it would be ready and she told us to "lose the attitude" and they straight up refused service!!! This McDonald's is off my list for good. I ordered a fish sandwich plain. When I say no cheese no sauce they say you want it plain? Yes. I get my sandwich look at it before I pull away bc they can never get it right. I tell the girl there is cheese on it. So the manager comes to the window to scold me over their mistake. Second chance after remodel hoping they got new management- nope! Still got back to work to find out I had wrong order and upon returning the meal I asked the manager to read the receipt and look at what I was given her reaction was don't threaten me I didn't serve you! I was very skeptical about this place from the reviews I read but I ended up going because I was hungry and the place wasn't bad as it seemed like people were saying. This place has really gone down the tubes with service and orders. When I forts started going they always had my orders right but in the last year and a half it's been wrong every single time. Everyone in my family has never gotten a correct order. Never. Even when on the receipt it will say exactly what you ordered, but you still get a wrong order. McDonald's get competent and better employees who will get orders correct. And People go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. read more

I would give it a zero if I could. There are so few choices for fast food in Azle so we pretty much have to hit the drive through a couple times a month. I typically hit the second lane. Car in front of me goes, then it seems they let 5 cars in the other line go and just ignore me. I have to ask them to take my order. My food has been wrong every time. I get a double cheeseburger and a triple cheeseburger. Not that freaking hard. No special order, no funky requests. I always have to go in after going through the drive through. And forget asking for ketchup or BBQ sauce when I do get nuggets. They seem so put out. I hate going and started making my husband do all the mcd runs. I waited in their drive-thru for over an hour. I know there are times where it's really busy, but this location is always slow like this. My baby is in the back crying and I'm 5 months pregnant. There is absolutely no reason the dining area shouldn't be open. I ordered breakfast which was severely over priced. I asked for picante sauce for my breakfast burritos. The man at the drive through said yes it's in the bag. We pulled away only to notice no sauce in the bag and the burritos had a small very small amount of egg. A total rip off. When we eat inside they never get our order right. It's always missing something and they always seem surprised when I tell them, even though they have my ticket and can see what I ordered. Waited in line for 20 minutes this morning while the moron operating my line continued to skip the outside line I was in. I literally watched 4 cars pass me on the outside line and never could get someone to answer the intercom. I had to backup and go inside and of course I was mad. This McDonald's is the worst. They ALWAYS mess up our order. The last time we went, we ordered a happy meal with apple slices. They put two fries in the meal and no apple slices. We told them the error and gave the happy meal back. WE WATCHED as the employee replaced the fries we had already touched with the apple slices. AND PUT THE FRIES IN SOMEONE ELSES BAG. Just had my husband go pick up a quarter pounder meal for me, I should have had him check the bag before leaving. As usual, order was incorrect. They did not include fries, kind of a big thing to miss by staff. Typically there are mistakes when getting orders but this was a bigger one. So I go through the drive through at 10pm. Only one car there so i figure this should be painless. So I order, girl tells me first window. I pull to the first window. She's standing there tapping out another order on the screen... it's taking a while. She's looking right at me the whole time. She's like a 15 year old with fake lashes and ridiculous fake nails. They got my order completely wrong. Although the lady took it correctly. They weren't even busy, I was the only car in the drive thru. When I went to go inside to get my order fixed, they had closed early because they were "understaffed" which meant that I had to go back through the drive thru again.
