Good news!!!! McDonald's has MOVED!!! Same parking lot but now it's located on the Loch Raven side. It's been drastically updated and the customer service on this maiden voyage (for me, anyway. It's been in this location for almost a year now... who knew?!?), has been nothing short of highly impressive. They even have dual lanes for the drive thru. Very impressive. I remember how RATCHET the old location was during college (90s) and it got progressively worse over the years. This NEW location seems to be an apology for the original location. For that, I say (along w/ COUNTLESS OTHERS, I'm sure), "THANK YOU"!!!! The attendants(drive thru) we're ALL extremely polite & professional. When on this side of town again and I get a hankering for McD's, this is the location I'm going to. Keep up the great work and KUDOS on the makeover/ relocation. read more

I just went through the drive through and paid $8 for a bag of cold. I should have asked for hot food when I felt the bag but I took it home and found a cold Big Mac and cold soggy McNuggets. From now on I'm going to check the food thoroughly before driving away from the window. read more

If the National commercials say breakfast all day and this franchise doesn't follow the rules, has no breakfast, doesn't change the order board, provides no exit, forces customers to wait in the drive through line anyway, during COVID, should be written up as a franchise violation. Manager at this location is TERRIBLE. said she packed my Uber ears order with all of my items. The only thing inside the sealed bag was the drink and a large fry when it arrived at my door step. She refused to admit her mistake and then proceeded to hang up the phone when I asked for an explanation. I called back MANY TIMES. they didn't answer, all I wanted was the managers name so I could make a complaint. It's fine. Worse wait time in drive thru EVER!!!! Slowest service ever had a a McDonalds. The teller was rude and had me waiting at window with saying anything. Just took my card for payment and that was it. I like McDonald's. I'm not an apologist for the place or anything, but I'll at least admit to going. I seemed to constantly forget why I hate going to this location, and tonight I was reminded of why. All I ordered was a double cheeseburger and a small fry through the drive-thru, no special order, nice and simple. It took them almost FIVE MINUTES to get my food. And it's like this every time I go through the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the service can be rather slip-shod. So, today my boyfriend and i were on our way to hershey park and seeing as how neither one of us have had mcdonalds breakfast in over 8 years, we decided to stop for a quick bite to eat and hit the road. The staff- very unimpressive, unpleasant and rude, the food- I had the Steak egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown. the food was very sloppily prepared, the sauce was all over the bagel and dripping onto my lap. the steak itself was very greasy and the grease also dripped from the sandwich and onto my lap. The thing was so greasy i couldn't even finish the sandwhich. The hash brown was old, and i mean ollllllldddddddd it was cold and limp. The sad little hash brown didn't have any warmth or crispiness to it at all. I hade an orange juice with my meal and that too was warm and just tasted weird. i ended up throwing the entire breakfast away and stopped at a diner on the way to hershey park. my recommendation is to avoid this location. it is located in a not so great safe part of town and the clientele matches the employees, dryy..... read more

Customer service can be hit or miss (9/10 it's a miss), and an all around ghetto location. Rude employee's with attitudes, slow service, of course the ice cream/shake machine is never functional, and the place can be filthy at times. It's the closest McDonald's to Morgan State University, so it's a shame students' most convenient option is the worst in the city. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's drive through I have ever been through! Literally 5 minutes per car in the drive through! Then they tell me they have no ice cream because they turned the machine off (they want to go home at the earliest possible moment so they're shutting stuff off while the restaurant is still open). Awful! I promised myself last time I came to this McDonalds that I would never come here again. I decided to give them a second chance. My mistake. This store deserve 0 stars. Absolutely Ridiculous. I arrived at this location at 615 am the store is supposed to be opened at 600am. I just needed to use the restroom and I stood and banged on the door literally for 30 minutes. When the door did open I was greeted by a rude district Manager saying that he was understaff. This man clearly cannot be a district anything. Good customer service would have been to put up a sign saying opening late due to unusual Circumstance, or coming to door when I first arrived to say it was a problem going. This Mcdonalds continues to disappoint me. I'm finally going to share my experience. Today I go to get a simple sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and sweet tea. After 10 minutes and 4 other orders going out still no sandwich. And my cashier just stood around looking clueless. The drive thru was booming and they were rolling (unlike the last time I was in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes) but we aren't talking about that visit. So I finally saw the issue was the egg. They had to make the round egg. I saw my sandwich being made and put up to be served but no one payed attention. I tried to get the cashiers attention but finally my food was served by someone from the drive thru crew. My biggest issue is just let me know what's going on with my food "ma'am we are just waiting on the egg" I would have felt a lot better knowing they appreciated my time. Or even offer a substitute egg I would have been happy to take a folded egg if that got me out of there quicker. All in all these people have no sense of urgency and it's very frustrating just watching people stand around doing nothing looking at me when I'm waiting on my food beyond the actual time it should take. read more
