Waited in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes once we ordered our food and hadn't even made it to the first window. Tried to call them and their phone is off the hook. Got out of line and went inside to speak to a manager. She absolutely did not care at all!!! Just told me they were busy! Employees have a bad attitude, slow drive-through line. One of the worst McDonald's I ever been to. I do not recommend going to this place especially if you're trying to get in and out through the drive-through. They mess up my order, especially when I told them I only want a one item. When I told him I wanted a refund for my order the manager came out and had a really bad attitude complaining why the drive-through was so long , all I asked was for a refund. Fricking horrible. Three visits in a row. First visit. Whole order screwed up total cost $35! Next visit zero fries with any value meal and no chicken nuggets in one of the happy meals and the other had no fries or apple slices. Total cost $42 Third visit. Breakfast. I sit there for 25 min in the I'm special parking spot and finally get my food. 2 medium $4 iced coffees cause they are not smart enough to know how to used the coffee machine. The workers words. I just ordered at this McDonald's service was quick, the food was hot and I appreciate the customer service I was given. I told them about my onion allergy and the person at the second window made sure I checked my burger so that wouldn't have a reaction in case there was onions. I appreciated that she double checked most restaurants don't take that precaution or my allergy seriously which makes me have to wait and get a new item because I can't eat the contaminated one. This saved me time, and disappointment I was extremely happy. I didn't get her name. But thank you so much for being so detailed and paying attention! Also to all the other customers complaining. My McD's double-cheeseburgers smelled like they had spoiled, like putrid cheese. The two tasted the same, okay, they just had a bad odor. The cup of water had the same dirty smell. The Sausage biscuit was cold, biscuit was over cooked. The breakfast burrito had no sausage and very little filling was mostly tortilla.
