Fast service staff is always friendly and love their LTOs but can never go wrong with sweet and spicy bacon burger it's the best!

The best thing was the service. The guy working the drive thru was very helpful and friendly. Ambiance is irrelevant as we were in the drive thru. The food. It's whataburger. Some love it. I personally equate it to McDonald's on a bad day. Greasy fries. Miniscule patty. Unremarkable sauce. They charge for their other sauces. For those who love WhatABurger. This Whataburger is like no other Whataburger I've been to! And by that I mean it's terrible. I really hate writing this review because I love Whataburger! We went the second day they were opened and the food looked rushed. So I waited a few weeks and decided to go again. I ordered a whatachicken with onion rings- it was thrown together and the rings were tasteless. My husband got double with bacon -cheese plain and dry with fries and a coke- no bacon was put on but we did get charged for it, the burger was so greasy and not in a good way. My daughter got a sweet and spicy bacon burger no onions with fries- a picture is worth a thousand words.There has been NO LOVE in any of the food we ordered. If it wasn't for the packaging I wouldn't even know it was from Whataburger. There's a classic taste, if you're a fan of Whataburger you know what I'm talking about, this place misses the mark by a long shot. I was so excited to finally have a Whataburger in Bartlesville, but it looks like I'll be going to Owasso or Claremore for my fix. I suggest you do the same. read more

Have had bad service and food from this store in the past, but decided to give them another try. When I finally got someone's attention to take my order, he couldn't get the order right and ended up over-charging me. Got that fixed by a manager. My food arrived about 15 minutes later (they we not busy) and it was wrong. Finally got the managers attention, and she said she would fix it. 10 minutes later when I got my second hamburger, it was almost raw and very sloppily made...and by that time my fries were ice cold. They staff seemed much more interested in flirting with each other than working. I hate to write this review because I love Whataburger, but this one just plain sucks....I'll never be back....going to Lot A Burger from now on. read more

Kyndra took my order and sweet young lady. The lady that was helping her at the front with the brown jacket and blondish hair was very helpful and very sweet. The honey butter chicken biscuit is amazing. Make sure you add extra honey butter cause it's to die for. The sausage egg cheese taquito with grilled jalapeño is my absolute favorite. I love love jalapeño. Keep up the good work guys. I went around 9 am for breakfast and the inside wasn't busy at all and Got my order out quickly, hot and correct. Thank you for finally bringing a Whataburger to Bartlesville. Ashe I always looked forward to my thrill to Dallas due to Whataburger My hubby got the sausage breakfast on a Bun and honey butter chicken and he loved them both especially the honey butter chicken. Beware if your a delivery driver. Worst Whataburger I've ever been to and the absolute slowest. They will not make an order till after the time has past and you'll typically wait 20min in store for even the smallest of orders. That's if you can get anyone to come to the front who isn't absolutely allergic to speaking to another human or at the very least having pride in their job. Absolutely pathetic service. read more

I found the food similar to other fast food places, which is below what I expect and have received from other locations. I believe the true issue is with the management since I found the servers to be attentive but unable to help when straws were not available and multiple drive thru customers were coming in to address errors. One online order appeared to wait 20 minutes like me for their food. That's a greater investment than the return I received in my food quality. read more

Expensive and not very good. I don't get what all the hype is about. Their breakfast stuff is 2X higher than braums and not nearly as good.

Went here tonight because they had an invite only eat in. I got a triple burger (Number 3) and It was very good! The whole building was very clean and something else that I thought was cool was that the soda dispenser you could just tap it and it would pour the soda that you had picked. One downside I will add is that there were no paper towels in the bathroom only a air dryer. But that is very easily overlooked. The service was awesome and friendly. They had a box that had different condiments and they had spicy ketchup (Which I had never tried before) and it was good! Lastly, I want everyone reading this to please give this place 5 stars because it's so good! read more

I've never had issues with this place that causes me to give a one star. I see a bunch of people complaining but keep in mind most of these complaints were early on in the first few months. There was still a lot of training to be done. Try speaking to management on the spot so they can improve their service. I wouldn't tear this place a part on service right away or then we'll lose another decent eating location. Should they improve yes, but let's help them improve with constructive criticism to management. Lastly, dining in has a good vibe with how new it is! read more

It's new in town and I know we have to give them time but this place needs help if it's going to last here in town. The food came in timely matter but was nothing to rave about. The place was absolutely gross inside you had to wipe off your own tables to sit and eat. No they were not that busy at all maybe 15 people and not all eating. Staff standing around talking instead of cleaning the lobby or taking out trash. When you ask for sauce of any kind. You were looked at weird or told I couldn't have any because I didn't order chicken. I was excited for Whataburger coming to town heard great about them other places. Leave it to bartlesville to ruin a usually decent fast food restaurant. any other WB in other cities is up to par. my partner and i's order contained fries and both of our fries containers were only halfway full, half of the fries were undercooked & half were soggy. it was late at night and not busy at all, so i'm not sure why the quality was so low. read more

This is a new store, so it should be clean and nice, which it was. I can't comment on the food since I didn't get any. Got there at 12:30 pm. Got in line behind another customer and we waited and waited and waited and waited. At least four employees saw us standing there and made no attempt to wait on us. We were plain, flat ignored. I finally had enough and walked out. Two things were apparent. 1) Clearly, they do not understand the concept of fast food. 2) Total precedence is given to the drive through. Since I hate drive through, it's unlikely they will get another chance for my business. That's too bad, too, as I have had a pleasant experience at every other What A Burger that I have been to. read more

I was disappointed with Whataburger today. I had to wait 30 minutes for the food. The food wasn't that warm especially the fries! They forgot to give me catsup as well. Lastly, it cost me $17 for a double cheeseburger, fries and large drink without napkins. I hope their breakfast menu items will be better if and when I order again!
