My daughter and I shared a late quick breakfast here today. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was "delish", minus the hot chocolate was a little bland (too weak?). The most important feedback I have is about the cleanliness; the table area was a mess; meaning the floor needed to be swept and ALL of the tables needed to be wiped. Isn't this a normal part of any restaurant process... not necessarily bussing the tables but cleaning up between customers at least. We were there for 25 minutes and not once did anyone (besides myself) clean a table. Maybe this isn't a thing at fast food restaurants? Perhaps some cleaning wipes should be displayed at each table... just a thought. read more

I recently ordered the new 1/4 pounder with cheese at McDonald's. It was good. The meat was juicy and tasted like quality beef. Not like the previous burgers I have had there where the meat is a gray color and chewy and you wonder what in the heck you are eating. I am only reviewing the 1/4 pounder with cheese. Went thru the drive thru and the lady at the cashier window was polite. We picked up our food at the second drive thru and wasn't acknowledged by the young lady who handed our food while having her back to us, I've worked in the food industry for over 20 years and I get it but to feel like your just there to get handed cold fries really gets to me. I have never written a yelp review but after the treatment received, I created a yelp account just to write this review. We frequent this location, probably more than anyone should eat fast food and have never had much problem. We had dealings with the manager recently and were treated with rudeness and disrespect. If someone is going to be placed in a position of authority and where public relations is involved they should have a shred of decency and kindness. What did you expect? The food is okay if you need a quick fix, but some items are better than others. This location had been remodeled some time ago, so it's nicer than some locations nearby. Want a McDonald's where they consistently get your drive-thru order wrong? Then go to the Battle Ground McDonald's. I only go to McDonald's for breakfast. Not a fan of the hamburgers. When we are in a hurry we grab a breakfast. Out of the last 10 times, they messed up our order in some way, every time. It's either no egg on the sausage/egg McMuffin or no Canadian bacon or no hash brown or something, The quality if horrible too. Burnt muffins, cold food and super rancid oil for their hash browns. But the reason I gave this place only 3 stars was because the drive thru was a very long wait and at first we thought it was because of the cars ahead, but when we went to get our order it took forever! This is by far one of the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been too! They frequently get your order wrong. I honestly have NO idea why we keep trying this location. They have over charged several times & the quality of the food is usually terrible, never hot enough, fries are always filled only half way. Just this morning it took the woman at the front counter 10 minutes to enter my order which was a bacon egg & cheese biscuit meal, sausage burrito & an egg white delite with bacon & biscuit. She tried charging me $17 for what was supposed to be $11 order. FINALLY, after I kept protesting, she asks for help from the drive thru person & they fix it with the crappiest of attitudes. I get to the car & find I'm shorted a hashbrown so I go back in & get it. Then back at the car, I discover one of the sandwiches is COMPLETELY wrong. Instead of a egg white delite with bacon & biscuit, they have me a sausage egg muffin (no cheese). I had to go back in AGAIN & get the correct sandwich only to discover back at the car, they had put SWISS CHEESE on it instead of the white american. If you want good food, try Taco Bell down the road. Seriously this place is very much lacking in service & quality. A month ago my husband and I came to this location and were asked to pull around wait. We waited 20 minutes and then my husband went inside to ask how much longer, to which they replied they had FORGOTTEN our order. We didn't come back for about a month, and then today around 5:30pm we decide to make a quick stop. When it was our turn to get our food the lady asked us to pull around, we explained why we didn't want to do that and the lady became very hostile and told us our food was all dropped and that we had to pull forward. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast at this McDonald's after the renovation and we enjoyed bringing our family on weekends or when they visit us. We had our best experience on weekends up until the end of December; after our last few visits through this month we have been ignored and it felt as if no one paid as much attention to us like they did before! The employees were not who we are used to and they all seemed like new people. We loved to come in and see the boys Jordan and Nick!!!! After the New Year we were fed up! The Hispanic boss named Edin always seems frustrated and is talking in her language to the older Hispanic woman who makes our food while the other employees are running around looking clueless! If it wasn't that woman she laughed and talked with, it was the girl named Jenn with the short hair who prepared our meal some days. She was always slow going and upset! We saw our order be placed on the TV screens and she had a fit! This is the last time we will put up with this! We are customers and have been loyal, forgiving customers! What started this happened on 12/30/2014 - we came back in for breakfast. We received our meal after 17 minutes of standing around, and Edin forgot our hashbrowns, our syrup and our sandwiches were cold by the time we were given our hashbrowns! We miss the Andy or Adam who was there because we saw him and he would be back where the food is made and going very fast while paying attention to us after we'd walk in. He always greet us and we could tell he went out of his way to make sure we were served a good hot breakfast! One day he was making it and the next thing you know he was behind the counter making sure we got our usual condiments and that everything was okay or if we needed anything else. The employees like him were something to look forward to. We haven't visited this McDonald's for a meal since 1/17/2015. We have enjoyed this food & service for a long time and we are upset that we have to try a new McDonald's or go somewhere else. The staff used to be over-kind to us! Edin and Andy or Adam(we forgot his name but the one we are talking about deserves a pat on the back!) used to be a great start to our day. They worked as a good team to make sure things were getting done because they were always running around giving orders and making sure everyone was happy. We were happy customers of this business for almost 2 years and want to thank you for our prior experiences, but as of late the place seems like a mess. One last big deal with us was how the short woman who was dressed in her own clothing and was giving orders and shouting at her employees. We assumed she was the McDonald's owner. A lot of times we've been in to eat we have witnessed her belittle and make fun of the employees or be vulgar. We have heard the people taking orders talk about how she took their managers in the back of the store and use swear words and cuss them out or threaten them. We are no longer satisfied by this business. We went there for the customer service and interactions with the employees. We are both former McDonald's workers and we are ashamed to call ourselves that after what we experienced at this location. read more
