It was previously someone's home so the layout is in the style of a house with several different rooms with seating and an upstairs area you can rent out for meetings. I ordered a matcha which was decent but the bonus was that they had coconut milk because only about half of the cafes I visit actually have coconut milk or water. Staff was friendly. read more

Terribly mediocre. The drinks were good although very sweet. The food was straight from the grocery store with low quality products. The bean and cheese burrito was the frozen kind and the sandwiches are regular Safeway groceries. I literally saw the bagged bread, croissants and chips lying on the counter. The chips that came along the meals were both were crappy bagged chips with a stale small cookie. Definitely not worth the price since you can go to the store to make the exact same meal but make 10 sandwiches/ meals out of it. I expected more from a cafe like this. If you were to come, I'd recommend only getting pastries and seasonal drinks. And the customer service was great too read more

It's our first time visiting and the staff was rushing us to order even though there was no one behind us. They kept asking if we were ready to order even though they just asked us less than a minute ago. When we told them we needed more time the girl scoffed and walked away. We ordered the iced mocha and it is basically all milk, it does not have coffee or any chocolate flavor. Honestly did not feel safe in this environment, I felt judged and stared at for being a person of color. As for the food, the breakfast burrito is definitely frozen and processed. The tortilla chips it came with were stale. The blt sandwich is mainly bread, very little tomato or bacon. Genuinely the worst service and meal I've had in a long time. read more

This place is adorable. They have great drinks and great snacks! They also have lots of cute (I am assuming small businesses) items for sale, and the items are fun to browse while you're waiting for a drink or afterwards! The service is good too. No complaints at all. When you walk in it can be a little snug if more than 5ppl are waiting, but there is a great seating area right around the corner from where you lick up your drinks or food! Parking is also pretty easy, which is extra great! Highly recommend trying out this spot! read more

First off, I'm all about any coffee shop! Especially local ones! Met some friends here and had never heard of it! Very impressed with the layout, the play areas for kids and good selection for this small coffee shop/cafe mercantile place. We ordered the Avacado BLT! Fresh Sourdough with just the right crunch, Avacado with a Aioli. Crunchy bacon, fresh lettuce & we didn't have the Tomato. 8 year old that's picky with tomatoes. I ordered a Quad shot vanilla latte. Shots weren't burnt, they didn't make it too sweet. It was absolutely perfect. The room for eating is spacious and it was comfortable and was spaced enough to have conversations without feeling like everyone is listening. Will be going back! Good and service are on point. I ordered a vanilla latte and my husband chose a mocha. The coffees were smooth and well balanced. Their breakfast burrito was a hit - perfect portion and the salsa was fresh. The chicken salad croissant is also recommended - the dressing was light and didn't overpower the other flavors. The sandwiches and coffees are made fresh to order so this isn't the place if you're in a rush. read more

The service was friendly, speedy and they apologized for my waiting. The food was good I had the turkey wrap meal which was quickly served and satisfying. The white chocolate mocha was exactly what I was craving and was very delicious and well made. Although I didn't realize they had mugs otherwise I would've ordered it in a mug. I love this place! What a little gem in the heart of Battle Ground. The food & drinks were delicious, and service was warm and friendly. My friend and I had the nicest visit in one of the cozy side rooms while there. It was a first time for both of us, and we decided it's going to be a favorite. Personally not my favorite spot. The person who I assume was the manager was a bit short with us. And seemed a little rude when talking to the other employees. The other girls working were great! We waited quite a while and ended up getting the wrong sandwich. We didn't want to wait another 10 minutes so we just took the one we got. This is the cutest place ever. I love how homey and welcoming it feels. Very friendly service, good amount of seating, and a an overall great use of the house's space. My friend Nancy and I stumbled on this adorable coffee shop just across the street from Rusty Glamour in Battleground. We had just finished Christmas shopping and it was a cold wet evening. So we walked across the street to have some coffee. I remember this corner vacated for some time . The owners are so friendly, local Alpaca Farmers. It was a warm and inviting place to stop. I ordered a Pumpkin Chai Tea warm and Nancy had a White Chocolate Mocha. They also serve pastry and sandwiches. Next time we will have to try. The shop was also filled with small gifts and stocking stuffers. Lots of adorable handmade Alpaca decor. We walked to the next room and there was a warm fireplace, a Christmas Tree and plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy their ambiance. I would love to go back in the Spring or Summer and sit on their front lawn. They have outdoor furniture outside. This is an adorable place with a white picket fence you have to try. read more

Just went to Founder's Mercantile for 1st time yesterday. It is SO cute! The look of it almost felt like one of the "shops at the Silos" in the Waco, TX. Inside is cozy and inviting. The mercantile part is having items from various local vendors artfully displayed in the ordering and dining areas. The building is an updated old house. Charming. The bathroom is updated and very cute. There is a back room where 10-12 people could meet ... if that is several different groups of people, it's a little tight and the seating is a bit awkward - but we all made it work. (Great room for 1 large group of 8-12). They are permitted for some outdoor seating and 2 food trucks - 1 is up and running so far-Mexican food. I ordered a decaf Amerciano with a generous amount of heavy cream - it was done just right! I had a mini-marionberry cheesecake from La Provence (it was ok - probably wouldn't order it again). Manager Annie served our group as was warm & welcoming. Our orders were delivered in a timely fashion. read more

Very home-y inside and the workers were so sweet!! I'm vegan and they were super accommodating have a huge menu and yummy treats. I got an oat milk honey bear latte and I asked for the avocado caprese with no cheese probably one of my favorite vegan sandwiches ever so much flavor! There are lots of coffee shops to choose from in this street but this was the easiest for me to park and go into I'm glad it found me! read more

If you ever want to see the quality of the espresso at a coffee shop, order a plain latte. If the espresso is good and the machine is clean, you'll be able to taste a difference. Absolutely beautiful spot with so many great features. I ordered an iced americano with caramel and cream along with an avocado toast and the owner herself brought it over to me and was incredibly welcoming and kind. The coffee shop also offers meeting/study rooms that can be reserved for great prices. I was traveling from Massachusetts and I already can't wait to go back and have breakfast in their cozy cafe. I imagine the summer will be busy for this cozy spot. read more

This was my first time going to this establishment for lunch. Very friendly gal took our order, had initially planned on having coffee after lunch-which did not happen. we waited over 30 minutes for our 2 sandwiches, as I saw someone else get there lunch served to them I went up to the counter and saw my 2 sandwiches sitting on the counter ( who knows how long they've been sitting there). There was another patron in area, the workers called out the food order. So there is an inconsistency of how one gets their food. Another worker on break ( ??) talking somewhat loudly about other people and seeming rude to other coworkers, workers eating potato chips while preparing food. Sorry, not a good first and final visit. Lots of room for improvement. Food was good and environment cute with local artist goods for sale. read more
