Me and friends came to this so called "fine dining experience" called McDonald's of Bay City after the Bay City rodeo. And it was SHOCKING, not what I would ever expect from a franchise food company! First off the crew celebrity Aniah was not even working! If you got a worker on poster with her own damn meal they gotta be working to satisfy the costumers! (And by the way... the meal is a joke, worst combination of foods) We were going to try the "Big Arch", McDonald's new promising product until one of the worked informed us it tasted like "straight dog food" so we decided to order Big Mac's. The Big Mac's came with the smallest and most frail patties of all time! And no cheese on the burgers either!!! There was a lot more I could talk about but I'm so enraged about Aniah not working and helping your company out to help satisfy the average American citizen that I can't even think straight!!! I want to express that I am not a Karen but a very disappointed costumer. The food was up to standard on my trip to this establishment, however my condiments were not. I had asked for some ketchup for my small french fry, I realize now that it came with a cost. You may be asking what cost? Well to be exact I was charged $0.69 for a single extra ketchup packet. I placed a mobile pick-up order (curbside,) and it took over an hour to receive it. After waiting for about 45 minutes in my car, I went inside to find that nobody took my order outside, so they had to remake the entire thing. I don't know who in the McDonald's corporate system is in charge of making sure the quality of franchises but they need to check this McDonalds soon. My fries were barely cooked. The quarter pounder I ordered had the meat flattened out so it was hanging over the bun and burned. Even my McDonalds Coke that I was so looking forward to, didn't taste right. How do you sell subpar fries and Coke from McDonalds when they are iconic items. This isn't the first time Ive had a bad experience with this McDonalds. Just very disappointed in this restaurant. We ordered through drive-thru. We started to order 2 10pc meals and the employee was lost. She asked again what we were ordered so we repeated ourselves again. She still didn't seem to get it so she repeated it and asked again what drinks and sauces we had already asked for several times and then proceeded to closed out the order without asking if that was all. We had to tell her we still had more, we ordered a 4C just the sandwich, she asked what drink, again we had to tell her just the sandwich, and continued our order. We paid, and get our food and we checked our bag and we were missing the 4C. we told the employee at the window and asked if we could go ahead and order that, she asked the manager and they said we would have to go around and order again which is so ridiculous. As much trouble as we had just trying to place our order they could not at least let us order the sandwich at the window, and have us come in and get it, they also did not give us any of the sauces that we had to ask for several times and no napkins. We did not have a difficult order, it was very simple. We're usually not complainers but this experience was horrible. I only ordered the 4C for myself, so I had to drive away without any food. This location is open 24 hrs. The screens at the drive through to show your order were off so it was hard to tell if they were open when there was no communication with anyone after a few minutes. We noticed the car in the other lane ordering so we backed up and ordered from the 2nd lane. Ordering was like pulling teeth. The worker was extremely slow and kept saying there was a problem with the system. There was a lot of dead air while ordering. The wait for food was even longer but our order was correct and came out hot. For it being 11pm, they had a bunch a workers that were kind of hanging around and chatting. Maybe if they did something more productive the process would go a lot faster. read more

They need more training. The forget sauces on burgers and get upset when made to fix it. They have mixed up orders on the screen and presenting. They leave food in the heating trays too long and give attitude when you for fresh food to be dropped. Most aren't trained properly and are over worked. The worst McDonald's around! I don't see how it is possible to mess up an order of 2 sweet teas 3 times, but it happened to us! The owner is super rude and does not seem willing to support and train her staff. She waited on us one day and I watched as she was mean to staff and customers alike. I asked a young worker who she was, and he said that Ms. Judy is the owner. That really sums it up! My biggest complaint about the BC McD is that they put the lemon in the glass of tea. Yes please, I would love to fish around in my sticky sweet tea with my hands and find the dirty lemon to squeeze into my drink. Nope...those napkins you didn't offer me won't even be necessary. I would also love to pay extra for the dipping sauce, thanks! If you want a great McDonald's, and they do exist, go to Wharton. Let me start out by saying I NEVER take the time to write reviews... my husband, my kids, and I are traveling out of town and stopped here to get the kids food. We received the WORST customer service at the Window. The worker, who appeared to be 16-17 years old, was beyond rude. My husband checked out bag and was missing the sauce we asked for. He kindly said, "excuse me but we didn't receive any sauce. Can we please have some?" She rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. She then returned and rifle handed him 4 BBQ sauces. We asked for 2 ranch and 2 BBQ, so then my husband tried to hand her 2 BBQ back and said, "could i trade you these for Ranch?" She snapped at him and said, "38 cents already gave you four!!!" And he then tried to explain to her that he didn't want 4 BBQ, but before he could finish, she slammed the window shut and walked away. She then comes back with a bag of sauce and basically threw it into our vehicle. I tried calling to let the manager know how awful the employee was and to suggest that they speak with the employee, but I could not get an answer. Came last night, waited in the drive through for 18 minutes (yes I counted) and I was STILL three cars from the ORDER window so I just left and went to Whataburger. The following morning I went for breakfast thinking maybe they were under staffed for dinner, the line was 10 cars long so I went inside this time... Waited 15 minutes and was STILL 4th in line, including a man coming back with his order wrong so they had to remake it, again, I left and went to Whataburger.
