The Large Puppy Love drink is a Black Tea based drink with Strawberry and Blueberry with lemon soda for a bubbly sip. It also had Strawberry heart jellies that were a little too big for the bubble tea straw but chewy and flavorful nevertheless. The store is small and intimate; where you can work on your laptop or grab and go while walking the sidewalks. I was drawn to the Bento lunch special that offered a discounted drink with the purchase of the Bento box but I already had lunch. They do have Onigiri which I haven't seen at the other local Asian shops nearby on East Main St. That'll be a nice option to snack while sipping on your tea drink or Bubble Tea if you are being fancy.

It was just me, so I only got half a dozen donuts with a knife so I could taste them all! I tried: Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel, Maple Bacon, Toasted Coconut, Chai, and Fluffernuter. Let me start by saying the cake part of these donuts is just perfect. Not too dense, lightly crisp on the outside, and insanely fresh. The toppings might sound over the top, but they weren't. They were perfectly subtle to add a hint of flavor without a dose of diabetes. And the coffee- such unique lattes both in name and flavors. I went with Davy Joey's Locker with an extra shot of espresso. So good. Not overly sweet and not bitter at all. And then I just had to try the cute little pistachio cannoli. Shell was filled upon ordering, so the shell was nice and crispy. Now this was super sweet, but I haven't met a cannoli yet that wasn't! Barista was friendly & bubbly and patient when it took me some time to pick my 6 donuts. Basic tables and chairs with some bench seating along the window. Pillows & chairs could use a refresh, as well as the bathroom, looking a bit worn & dingy, but that's literally the only negative thing about this place.

It being a busy store one might expect faster service and slightly lower standards... Recently, however, this has really been put to the test. Within the last week I've been to this location twice and ordered the same thing... bacon cheese rollups! They are a great snack at a great price imho... This location charges $3.49 compared to other stores at $3. The sad reality is that this location gives you less for the $, only putting a small piece of bacon and a small sprinkle of cheese on the tortilla that they only warm, not toast! I have tried the same item at over 7 different locations and this is by far the WORST! I even had 2 different individuals at two different times make them the same way, indicating to me that this is a standard at that location. If you're going to charge more at least make them like they are meant to be made or perhaps even a little BETTER!!
