This place is constantly getting things wrong with drive-through orders and it wasn't being slammed or any other excuse. I ordered a McMuffin and I get a sausage McMuffin, no egg. I ordered sausage burritos with the hot salsa, I get no salsa. They have about a 50% rate of getting simple orders correct. read more

The new remodel is looking nice and the self ordering kiosks a nice feature that has been in many of the Canadian stores for some time already. The food is not near the top of my first choices but rather this location is convenient for me and only several menu items I find edible. That the staff are usually quick and friendly and store is nice and clean looking oh, I never used the drive-thru as prefer to walk in and sit down and usually get something that's at the shell which is connected to this McDonalds. read more

The service here is the worst ever. it took 15min in the drive through for me and my family(we where the only people there), the entire time i heard them talking about jack-in-the-box and how its so expensive or whatever. inside there was beeping noises going crazy. and they were sitting and watching us wait, it was weird. the foods alright, we have to check if we have everything (most of the time we dont). so if you wanna come in quick easy out, you shouldnt. read more

I have to give them 1 star. This McDonalds is not on par with any in the country. Take 4 minutes and go to bellis fair. I literally think this is a volunteer charity that is training mentally challenged adults and help them to transition to society. Which I think is a noble effort and stand behind it but manage expectation and say that's what your doing. I don't think I've ever had a order right. It's now as expensive as going to a regular restaurant with worse service and a guessing game on what you'll get. Just avoid this place and keep your sanity. read more

This McDonalds is sorely lacking. The menu screens barely work so you can't see the menu, as it flickers and turns off at random. They had to take my small 3 times to get it correct, and when I got home, half of it was missing. Drive into Bellingham for any semblance of a real establishment. read more

I try to like this place but it has the worst customer service of any McDonalds. In the last 3 visits (2 breaKfast and a lunch) the order was slow and wrong each time through the drive thru. It's not much different from the various McDonald's here, except that this is one of the McDonald's establishments here in Bellingham that have a connected gas station, so that's a big convenience if you're really hungry and you need a quick fill up. Not only will the cheeseburgers fill up your stomach, but the gas will fill up your tank! It's a win-win situation. As for the food here, it's consistent as it's always been. If you're at the GameStop in Sunset Square and ya want some supreme gaming rations this is the closest McDonald's for that situation, so perfect for hardcore games out there. Overall good establishment, no play equipment so kids won't have that factor, and got my food fairly quickly the particular night I went there. read more

Slowest rudest McDonald's in the country. I was told if I didn't like it go somewhere else. How this works now days is a mystery.

I started going to this store when the King street location decided to abandon it's loyal daily customers and closed the store with no notice for remodeling, For the most part this is like any other McDonalds , the food is never the same, the Sausage burrito's is good one day and a hard inedible stick the next day. recently on Thursday May 21st I went through drive through around 12:30 pm. the Woman who handed me the order basically shoved it in my face and never looked at me just shoved the food out the window and if I had not grabbed it, it would have hit the ground. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich without the ranch and had mustard added. she received about a 1/3 cup of mustard on the sandwich and it made it inedible. The next morning I went for breakfast and they were out of Burritos. This is not the first McDonalds' in town to run out and this is before and during Covid19 crisis. The Franchise owners do not care about the customers only the money the can take from you. I have lived in many states, I grew up here and came back . this franchise has the worst food and quality control of any McDonalds I have tried in at least 30 states. It's so unfortunate that customer service in general is getting worse and worse, but this McDonald's takes the cake. I don't go here often, yet every time something goes wrong. Today I learned my lesson not to return here. At the drive through, I was told to wait at the side as my items were not quite ready. Ok, no problem. But I waited in all about 15 minutes, while watching many other customers receive their items. The first 10 min, no one came. The last five minutes were the employees coming out multiple times with the wrong order. They finally got it on the fourth try! If it was a one-time thing, I wouldn't mind. Everyone has bad days and things happen. But something shouldn't go wrong every time. read more
