This is a standard McDonald's with the updated ordering kiosks and ability to pay by charge when placing your order or pay by cash at the front counter. The restroom was clean but had no way to dry your hands after washing them For families with young kids there is an indoor playground but I noticed some kids looked disappointed when parents pointed to some signage and did not go into the playground. I don't know if it was a limitation on age or food not allowed The restaurant was quite crowded but seemed to handle the orders for the most part. Unfortunately our order was misplaced or took much longer than everybody else's. It wasn't until my husband tried to track it down that it finally became available. A minimal lunch for two for seven dollars was quite acceptable. We would consider coming here again. read more

Well, to be honest this McDonald's takes a lot of my money through the year, but lately it has been annoying the shit out of me. Sitting in drive thru lines for 25 minutes or more just to not get part of my meal. I don't have time to go park my vehicle, go inside, and wait another 10 minutes just for someone to come to the front counter to then take another 5 minutes to get what I asked for even though I should have already had it. If you're looking for old, inedible and cold and flavorless food then by all means go to this McDonald's. Bought two breakfast burritos and they were like trying to chew on granite. The small portion of each burrito that I was able to chew on tasted like old wet newspaper. After calling they didn't even say sorry and offer to replace them if I brought them back. Mind you this is not the first time or the third. Thanks McDonald's. You never disappoint to be a joke. Not all McDonald's but this one is ridiculous. I'll definitely drive the extra 10 miles to another one. There is one friendly person that works at this store I've seen. Went here kinda late at night just to get a sandwhich and a milkshake and at the first window the guy didn't even acknowledge us. Was pretty rude to be honest. Then get to the second window get our food first like great fast service got straws when we got the food then we waited for awhile and eventually after the guy had the time to make two McFlurrys the manager had to go n make our milkshakes. Honestly they need to step it up it's called fast food for a reason do your job and customer service is a thing acknowledge your customers. This is McDonald's I don't expect much. The food is the same here as in say the West coast. But I find it irritating to take the time to go inside to order and I'm treated like dirt. A challenging layout to navigate at this McDonalds. Drive thru is very busy in the am and afternoons. The line of cars waiting for the drive thru makes parking and or leaving extremely challenging and overall frustrating. Plan ahead and leave yourself extra time. read more

Bunch of high school kids working here and ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET in the entire restaurant back next to the bathrooms. So if you have a laptop or need to charge your phone, they are decades behind the year 2016 with convenience for tech savvy customers. I used to frequent this place every morning for the beloved steak bagel but they took it away claiming there was a shortage of bagels but I've not had any trouble buying them in the supermarket and there are bagel shops on every corner it seems so I don't know what the problem was. They could've gotten a contract with local bagel shops who prepare and bake their own bagels so taking on a big job as such for only plain bagels seemed like the perfect way to keep me coming. Now I only go for a fresh large cup of tea w/extra ice. It's pisses me off really bad about my morning bagel because since then, I have gained over 20 pounds because I am unable to get my proper mornings protein because I get it without the egg. I guess I'm not the typical steak and egg person. It's just not for my taste. I would get it without the egg and switch the orange cheese out for the white cheddar but they took the cheddar away as well waaaay before they took the entire breakfast sandwich off the menu. I become sad and depressed when I pull up there for iced tea in the morning and cannot get my bagel. It was something about that steak bagel that helped tremendously at keeping my weight down. I don't think I have ever received a wrong order of food from them any of the times I have visited.... Which is more than I'd care to share. I have been when it's busy, and when it's slow.
