The young manager working today is a joke, most of the staff was a joke, nobody was focused on the orders or the guests, lobby was nasty with full trash cans, no napkins, and no side cups for ketchup, I waited 10 minutes on 2 burgers and a fry (I've worked in plenty of kitchens it doesn't take that long for something that yall keep extra on standby in warming trays) and yet somehow my food was still cold and my fries under filled, as a fellow kitchen manager I'm highly disappointed in this locations behavior read more

Me and my wife went to an interview yesterday and got treated very badly.Firstly they told my wife that the manager was going to be there in a little bit and she waited for 2 whole hours and kept asking and got the same response everytime.for me they kept me waiting for 2 hours too with the same response over and over again and the staff seemed to be talking smack at me and my wife i really don't recommend applying there. The order was complete which is about the most positive I can say about this store. So if you wish to use the ladies restroom, you need to bring your own roll...or use the loose one sitting on the floor in the stall...no joke! The men's room floor was "sticky" eww but at least the tp was not on the floor. The order for 4 basic "as made" sandwiches took 15 minutes with no line inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. Seriously 15 minutes for 4 flipping burgers? AND 2 of the drinks were wrong! Are y'all auditioning to work at Taco Bell or what? This was with 5 people back in the kitchen too! Plus the manager etc. Have you annoyed the local workforce somehow that you are operating on a Saturday afternoon with untrained or unskilled people? That is the only excuse I can think of for this poor showing! Even worse I have worked fast food and knowhow and what should be going on! Place always have horrible service and it takes forever to get your food when you stand at the counter no one will wait on you.

We ordered the food and it took longer than usual. Though it was pretty busy in the drive thru the dine in was pretty empty. The food was okay but what can you expect it's McDonald's. They read me my order 3 times , I even seen it on the screen , but some how I didn't order half of the stuff , that was repeated to me 3 times !!! I just went today for breakfast. It was absolutely horrible. The staff was so rude they didn't even bother to take our order. I could hear them complaining while I was waiting to see if we were going to get out food. I could hear them cuss and say that they weren't going to do our order. A little bit after 11:00 am on a Wednesday. Order the Quarter Pounder w/bacon meal. Got to the pick up window, was handed my drink and told to go park in space #1 because it wasn't ready and got a "you want it to be hot and fresh don't you?". Waited for 7 minutes almost finishing my drink, girl brings out a bag and says "here you go". I grab the bag and take off as I had just been to the doctor there in town and headed back home, 30 miles away. Didn't check the bag, got to a spot where I felt comfortable eating while driving, opened the bag.... no french fries. Ticket stuck on bag clearly said "Quarter Pound w/bacon meal, M/Fry, M/Drink". After waiting all that time, no one bothered to check to ensure the order was correct. To top it off, it was probably the worst McDonalds burger I've had in a long time. Just didn't taste right, like the flavor was wrong somehow. This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. I should have known better, but not much to select from in that town for fast food. read more

This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. I have tried to get breakfast there three times and all three have been a disaster. They always seem short on help and the workers are not friendly. The last attempt to eat there was yesterday about 7 AM. The line at the drive thru was all the way around the restaurant and, since I had got the wrong order at the drive thru the week before, I went inside. I waited a long time at the counter for my order. While waiting I watched the cook drop a breakfast burrito on the very littered and dirty floor, pick it up, and hand it to a girl to bag and send out in an order. That was the last straw. This place is disgusting. I will NEVER go back in this one again. read more

If I could give it less I would. The customer service there is the worst! Lazy workers, who spend more time horse-laying and course joking, than working. The management there are some of the unfriendliest I have seen in years. I was usually in there weekly, but it just got old dealing with the workers there. They use to have a good mix of older, more mature, less bigoted, positive people who worked there. You could see how they were treated. Over time, you could see those people being put in the back of the restaurant to work. They were actually the best people to be up front. I once complained to their home office about way inappropriate, racist things coming out of the mouth openly in front of the manager, other workers and customers. The manager and worker still are employed after that even. Says a lot about who they hire there. There have been some great younger people who have worked there over the years, but then they're gone. Seems like a management issue. Glad Jessica had a good experience, but I'm in there enough to know it's not the norm. read more

slowest "fast food" restaurant i've ever gone through. they stay open till midnight on weekends but don't have enough people to work. i've been sitting in the drivethru line for 20 minutes and still an not close to the front. i've seen 9 people leave since i've been here. mcdonald's is good but nowhere good enough to have people waiting this long. read more

This mcdonald's was the worst i have been to. The service was awful, to the point where the lady could not put our order, we waited thirty minutes in an empty restaurant listening to a worker complain about how nasty the machines are. we received the wrong order twice, one being no cheeseburger and 20 tenders, we ordered 6 chicken nuggets and received a chicken patty in a box. when we went to confront the lady, she just grabbed it from our hands, turned around, and said "which jokester did this" and then laughed it off. At that point we had been waiting with no food for over 30 minutes and we were to the point of frustration. The trash was overfilled in every bin, a worker was standing on the counter to clean the lights above, and the fries were burnt. This is McDonald's? Very slow service probably due to poor management. We came in as a party of four, but the cashier only took the order for two of us. The rest of our party waited while the cashier waited on the drive-up window while whining she was the "only one" on duty! This is my problem? I would drive to the next town for better service.
