Apparently I'm in the minority here so far - in terms of customer experience. I came in for lunch this past week during a weekday. The restaurant was clean. It's OK. My Big Mac was warm not hot and at the pickup window they forgot my ice cream and got it after I mentioned without a word. Also in this world of covid19 they served customers not wearing masks at the drive thru. There's a gravel lot I'd like to have used as all outdoor shooting spot but it an a lot of the area are posted no parking. read more

I would make this a zero star review if that was possible. Although it's a friendly staff, corporate needs to fix a few things that are unacceptable. Frappe only filled 75%, fries maybe 50% full and older and limper than an 90 year old man's equipment, double cheeseburger with just one pickle. Once we ordered 100 burgers for an event and six had no patties, just the buns. C'mon Macdonald's, you can do better than this! At least give us what we are paying for! read more

Employees are by far the stupidest people on the planet. Made an online order in which I paid with Apple Pay on the app and the employee refused to give us our food because she didn't believe we payed even after we showed her the literal code on the app and even where it said we payed with Apple Pay. We even showed her the bank transaction which showed the exact time because the app doesn't charge you until you actually arrive. She then accused us of lying and called her manager right in front of us who didn't answer but then proceeded to say that we were holding up the line and to get out of the line and how she couldn't help us. Got out of line and parked to go inside to deal with this only for all the doors to be locked at 3pm. Now the store won't answer our calls days later and we still haven't gotten a refund or food. Will be doing a charge back with my bank. Never go here. read more

After an exchange with the manager, when they made a mistake with the order; the manager himself had the audacity to accuse my husband of being a racist, and said he was complaining because of his ethnicity!!! Wow! I guess the customer is not always right, and is not allowed to complain about poor customer service and mistakes on their paid orders. Just wow! If I could give zero stars I would. We were very good customers, and frequently use that establishment. Not anymore until corporate steps in or this man is fired! How dare he say such things. I am appalled. Poor service and dirty conditions, especially for a brand new location. Took 8 minutes to receive a dine-in order of scrambled eggs and an iced tea, and I had to ask for my cup, when they weren't busy at all. Nearly every table on the dining room was dirty and no one was out to clean them. Scrambled eggs were okay, but the customer experience was pretty bad. read more

As someone who has worked in food service for multiple years, this is a horribly ran business. If your business opens at 5:30, you need to be ready by 5:30. That's the entire point of coming in early so you're able to take orders at your open time. Sat there in the drive through for 15 minutes all for someone else to come up to me and tell me the manager didn't plan on accepting orders until 6. Complete BS and shows just how lazy management is at this store. read more

UPDATE: I have spoken with the office manager for the owner for this location. She said how they acted and responded is not what they are supposed to do. I'm increasing the rating because of the kind office manager and how quickly they are reacting to the issues raised. Based on our conversation, I'm confident the owner will address these issues to avoid other customers having the same experience we did. Wouldn't even let a 4 year old use the bathroom which resulted in her having an accident. Incredibly rude manager yelled at us "the bathrooms are closed to the public". No signs anywhere indicating the bathrooms were closed. We will NEVER go to this McDonalds again and will be telling everyone about our terrible experience. Manager needs a new job if she can't even communicate with customers without screaming. We took and will be taking our business elsewhere. Will be contacting the owners and corporate as well. Not sure how you can safely serve food in the store but not even allow customers to wash their hands! read more

MCD is the most popular burger restaurant in America and yet they messed up my burger order. I think onions should be ordered not unordered which is part of the problem. Then all four of drinks were regular coke. Ordered Sprite, Diet Coke, and Coke. Chicken nuggets were cold. But hey the McFlury was excellent! read more

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal which came pretty quickly no complaints there. The staff was was pleasant. The burger was cold with 2 slices of cold cheese hanging out of the bun as well as the burger. The fries were cold and very small bits and pieces at best. The sweet tea has an after taste. I understand when people don't want to make your meal 10-15 minutes before they close, but Chelsea refused to make any food almost an hour before they were supposed to close. I knocked on the door and she opened it and told me and another customer that she didn't have time to make our food because she was "the only one in the store", as another employee sat at a table eating. This is a labor/management problem which is occurring at a high number of McD's. As for the food...it's McDonalds. I applaud all they do. They're always nothing but nice to me. It's still a fairly new location, give time time to get acclimated. They don't charge the price of specials as advertised on the drive up menu board, so you get charged the regular full price. I've experienced this many times at this McDonald's in Berryville. The two for $2, buy one get one for $1, $1 iced tea, etc. You see it on the menu board and order it, then the board shows up full prices. Some things can be changed if you challenge them at the window, and they have to bring in a manager to override the prices, but they didn't on the last sweet tea I bought. read more
