Definitely not a good subway. Majorly skimps on ingredients. I tried asking four times for my preferred amount of ingredients (which I get at every other subway with no question) and the guy kept just putting one more at a time each time asked. Small and dingy. Not great service and not the same quality of sub at all. Go a block or two away from here and get McDonald's drive thru for a better experience. read more

Super unprofessional. First off, $14 for a sandwich and soda? I could've had a real deli sandwich in Manhattan for that price. Not processed meat. I was told I couldn't eat at a table bc they were closing soon. Good to know. I rode my motorcycle there. It was almost 100 degrees today. I had to take my sandwich OUTSIDE and eat in the heat. Even though the restaurant was still open a while longer bc people went in and out. It would've taken 10 minutes to eat my sandwich inside. If you're still open I should be able to sit at a table. The employee told me "were trying to close soon". I have a lot of employees that sometimes choose subway over other lunch places. We won't give them business anymore if we don't have to. read more

I have worked across from this Subway for years and it has changed owners in the last year or so. The new owners are driving away customers because they are so very stingy with the ingredients. My go to order has always been a tuna sandwich, the new owners use exactly half the tuna of any Subway I have ever been to. Recently I ordered a 6" turkey sandwich and watched the guy put exactly three thinly sliced pieces of turkey to make a sandwich. There used to be a line at lunchtime, no longer an issue. How could they not figure out why their business has plummeted? read more

I'm always greeted with smiles when I go in here. My kids love being able to walk there on their own for lunch, and I enjoy knowing they'll be well taken care of. One time my oldest didn't have quite enough money and they spotted him the difference. When he went back with more money to repay them they refused. Great people working there for sure! read more

It's a Subway, so nothing spectacular expected. Sandwiches are pretty much the sum of the offerings. Pluses are good choices of breads and fillings. It's also pretty much the only affordable food in Berryville after 9 pm - the rest of the town closes at 9. Major downside: either it's much louder behind the counter, or the staff just aren't paying attention. You often have to repeat the order several times, and they still won't get it right. You have to be fairly alert to get what you actually want vs what they "heard". Good cookies as dessert, and they usually have apple slices as well as chips. read more

Not a WOW Subway. More like I guess let's eat at Subway. If you have a choice go hit some other restaurants in Berryville. This play never seems to have what you want in my case spinach. Arrived on a Thursday at 8:15 PM, about eight people including kids with parents. Only one person working, this is early in parks and rec football season so you would think they would expect some business after practice. The employee was very nice and apologetic but was not a multi-tasker. It was 8:55 before our order was completed. The last time we were here they were out of some items for the subs. Obviously very poor management, didn't use to be like this. In a small town you are at their mercy if you want Subway. So sad! read more

We like subway in general, this one is close by and we have had a generaly good experience at this location over the last few years. A new subway opened in Boyce and they serve breakfast all day long while the location in Berry ville will not. Its their choice to do so. It has been ours of late to make the drive to the Boyce location because of this. Otherwise, its a pretty good stop. read more

The worse customer service I have ever experience! The manager kicked me out of the store because I asked for my sandwich to be toasted after he put lettuce on it. He got so angry and mad that I didn't tell him to put bacon on it and toast it before he put lettuce on it. I told him I will never eat here again and he threw my sandwich in the sink and said get out of my store I will not serve you. I have been going there for two years and this manager has been rude every single time to my family and I. From what I have been reading he's rude to everyone who goes in there. It's not right! We live in a small town where everyone should come together as a family and not treat people like this. read more

I got a yelp account just to review this subway. We ordered two baked pizzas and one of them had a bug leg cooked into the cheese. The owner, after showing them the bug leg, came out and accused my girlfriend of trying to get a free pizza. I was ready to let the whole situation slide, things happen and bugs get in food sometimes, but after the owner came out and accused my girlfriend of lying about it I flipped my lid. I've had more negative than positive visits. I've even had a worker start my order and walk away for longer than appreciated, just so he can yell at a coworker for forgetting to stock napkins. Didn't seem appropriate or professional. I'll give them another chance, but it is what it is. read more
