This location is garbage. When I pulled up to order the woman didn't say anything for at least 5 minutes, with no cars in front of me. Finally she says "go ahead". I get home and the order is completely wrong. And this is only the most recent trip. Not sure why I keep giving them a chance but I won't make that mistake again. Every. Single. Time. I suggest drug tests for the staff and/or simply hiring all new employees. I'm sure there isn't a shortage of applicants. I don't talk about all the issues I've had lately because they would take forever, but I will explain what happened today. I pulled up to the drive-through and I asked for "a small Caramel Macchiato and a large hot coffee with 4 cream and 4 sugar". She didn't acknowledge the hot coffee two separate times. She finally repeated the order back but didn't include the "4 cream and 4 sugar" so I asked her yet again if she had included that as well. She blankly responded with, "yea... pull to the second window". I pull up and pay, and she makes the macchiato. She comes back to the window and says there's no coffee made (a problem EVER other day, literally) and said it would take 4 minutes and to pull forward. After TEN MINUTES of waiting, I tried to go inside and an employee walks over and locks the door. So I had to leave after all that time after I already paid, I was late getting to my destination, AND I didn't have anything to show for it! I want the money I spent since I received nothing in return. And they have refused to put cream and sugar in any coffee for 5 or 6 months straight, and I'm not exaggerating. Tell me why I would go through a drive-through instead of going inside if every single time I still have to park my car and spend time making my coffee, spilling sugar and cream all over my car and marking a mess? It's strange how I found another McDonald's location 2 miles away that NEVER had this type of problem. And this happens all the time, with every employee we interact with. (Issue, Racist Employee) Thursday, August 30th sometime between 5:30 to 6:30 am. I'm a Caucasian female (driver) and my friend is a Black male (passenger). We could barely hear the lady who took our order so my friend spoke up, assuming they couldn't hear him very well either. He wasn't rude at all ( as an unspoken rule, it's never a good idea to be rude to people who are making your food). So, we pull up to the window and paid the cashier. The other employee came from the back to hand the cashier his order and said very loudly , "OH! HE WITH A WHITE (enter the word for female dog)". Of course I bit my tongue, but I was sitting there pondering the shoe being on the other foot and the races reversed. I highly doubt she has any Caucasian friends, but if she did, I wonder how she would react if she went to pick up one of her male Caucasian friends that needed a ride home and a Caucasian female employee bringing his food out said, "OH! HE WITH A NI--ER (enter the word for female dog). I'm wondering how she would've reacted. Most people who have an I.Q level higher than guano, have enough sense to leave their racist attitude at home while they go to work, dealing with public. Obviously, this woman has an issue with different races being friends and an I.Q lower than guano. I hope she reads this, I hope her district manager reads this as well. I went there yesterday and got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bagel was hard as a rock and my goddaughter got a big breakfast and her egg was so hard and rubbery it was not even edible. I only gave one star because we do not have the option to select 0 stars. If I could it would be negative 10. They have the worst service ever. I placed a order and asked for all items to be cooked fresh because they are known to give you cold food. As soon as I pulled to the windows which took less than 1 minute the bag was hanging out ready for me. Needless to say it was cold as they come. I told her I asked for it to be cooked fresh. She said it is fresh we've been busy so everything is fresh. I gave the food back. She had me to pull up while they cook the food. After waiting about 15 minutes I received the food knowing it's fresh at that point and pulled off. Well I was wrong. The food was still cold they had me sitting there just to prove a point. I called in and spoke with the Managed (Quita) and told her I am requesting a refund at this point. She states they do not give refunds and that it was hot. I told her the cheese on the fish sandwich and the cheeseburgers were no we're near melted it's just sitting on the sandwich. She then stated oh well we do not do refunds. However, I started going once a week for the past two months and didn't have any issues. However, today I receive the same outrageous service that I had received in the past. I pulled in your drive thru and no one greeted me. I drove to the front of the store and noticed that a manager was sweeping. I got out my car to go inside but the door was locked. I knocked on the glass and she still ignored me. I got in my car, went back through the drive thru with intentions of broadcasting my ordeal via Facebook. My mistake was saying out loud "Let me record this" because as soon as I uttered those words she acknowledged my presence. I placed my order but didn't drive around to get it as I wanted to leave some type of evidence for McDonalds Corporate IF someone decides to investigate. When I was a kid I loved this place. It had the most incredible outdoor playground. 30 years later as a parent looking for such a place, a playground is non existent at this location. But the real reason I'm gonna say if I ever go to this place again it will be too soon is the lack of service. It just feels like a hateful atmosphere. Nobody waiting to take orders at the register, guess they were too busy with other things. Once my food was ready it was just tossed on the counter with no communication to me that it was ready. Finally someone told me that was my order, guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader.
