I did not eat my food there because I needed to get home. The nachos without meat were a generous portion with the perfect ratio of chips to toppings. I had to write a review of a food truck for a class, and this food truck was one of very few in Birmingham that offered vegetarian options and was open late. It was hard to find one that was open after I got off work. I would have probably never gone to this place except that it was one of the only options for my assignment, but I will recommend it to others who like to support local businesses and need a quick bite.

Today they were out of noodles. The meat is tossed in a teriyaki sauce and served over fried rice. The pineapple is completely hollowed out and a few pieces are served on the side. The pineapple bowl also comes with grilled veggies (carrots, broccoli, zucchini, squash). The regular bowl came with several shrimp on top. Bowls come with choice of yum yum sauce and/or teriyaki sauce. We enjoyed both bowls. Would definitely try them again.
