Oh no what can improve, well for starters they can give you the order that you ask them for. Every single time I go there I have to double check my order to make sure that I get what I want. A couple months ago, I went to this McDonald's at night and they told me they were only accepting cash. I figured something happened with their computers. I went there recently at night and guess what!? They were only taking cash. Since many people no longer carry cash then they are SOL. I hardly carry cash. Luckily those times I actually had cash on me. Not today McDonald's! I'm getting my food. It made it much more satisfying. I want to go there again so to see if it happens again. This time I'm going to ask what is going on. Whatever it is happens enough that I experienced it twice. Hit or miss with getting your order right. Wait times can easily get out hand as they prioritize drive thru over inside (had to wait 45 mins for 2 sandwiches and fries previously). Evening Managers are overly rude and closed their lobby early, without posting it anywhere, then yelled at 2-3 groups like they should know. read more
