We were seated and able to place our order immediately, which set a positive first impression. The food itself was excellent. The crepes were rich, well-filled, and balanced. Flavor-wise, it exceeded expectations. When the dishes were correct, they were genuinely impressive and easily the highlight of the visit. However, service execution significantly undermined the experience. The kitchen ticket was entered incorrectly, which delayed the entire order. By the time the mistake was recognized, the process had to restart from scratch, resulting in a prolonged wait. More concerning, one crepe was served with bananas despite a stated banana allergy. That error should not occur in a restaurant environment, particularly when allergens are involved. After the correction, another friend's food was completely forgotten, even after the reordered items were sent back. Other than the delicious food, the whole experience was a mess. In summary, the food quality and atmosphere justify a visit, but operational and service issues need improvement. Strong product, weak execution. Overall: 3/5 stars.
