This is the worse Mcdonalds that I have ever been to. Nobody will wait on you and you have to wait at least a half hour to get your food. They just throw the bags on the counter and never announce the order #. And nobody will provide your glass for your drinks. We finally found our bag and left without drinks. WARNING! The food prep crew do not wear gloves. Judging by other reviews this is an ongoing problem at this location. I literally watched three employees handle all the nuggets, burgers and cheese with their bare hands. The girl rubbed her face and then grabbed a burger with the same hand and threw it on the bun. The boy working register took over bagging food for a girl who was leaving and went straight to bagging fries and touching the fries with the same hand he just took cash with. This McDonald's is always awful, we continue to give it a try hoping it'll get better but everytime it's a horrible experience. When we went today, we decided to go inside which we don't normally do because the drive thru was so full, and there were only a few people inside. We went in and waited for about five minutes but no one came up to the counter so we went over to the kiosk, did our entire order, and then something went wrong with the kiosk and it told us to go to the counter with our number, which it never gave us. So we went over and a guy showed up to take our order, my friend said she wanted a quarter pounder with only extra ketchup and cheese on it. This guy's proceeds to put "no ketchup, no cheese" like what. Then we're waiting for our order for 30 minutes while the lady ahead of us hadn't even been spoken to. So my friend said something about it and they realized they didn't even have her order she had put in, got the whole thing wrong basically trying to guess what she ordered. The line started building up and we only started to get our food made once a friendly Hispanic woman came up to the front (I wish I had asked her name so I could say she was the only one there who actually did anything or helped the people in line while everyone else stood around.) Overall, awful experience but I can't decide whether this experience was worse or when they gave my girlfriend a cheeseburger with no patty. read more

Terrible slow service whether drive thru or dine-in. Slow, like EXTREMELY slow staff that really don't seem to want to be there working. Employees too busy listening to headphones than to serve customers. Dine-in area closes 40 minutes before the time posted on the door. Order is seldom correct and when correcting the drive-thru for handing me sweet tea when I ordered unsweet, I was greeted with attitude that what I requested "wasn't what the order said". i doordashed a number 7 meal bc i was Starving with a capital s and i got my usual medium meal but instead of a dr. pepper i decided to branch out and get a sweet tea. the whole experience of ordering and getting everything delivered was great, was going super well and got my food in about 20 minutes. i opened my bag and took everything out, i was happy with everything UNTIL i tasted my "sweet tea" to find out IT WAS NOT SWEET. these people gave me an UNSWEETENED ICED TEA. was upset, still upset, will never branch out again and will be sticking to my usual dr. pepper next time. 64 mcdonald's will still stay as not being my favorite. y'all needa get new employees or sum bc i'm tired of these half ass meals. burgers and fries good as always though. love y'all :) read more

I waited 45 minutes to be served my food and when I asked for a manager, Amanda was very rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience at all and all she had to say is we are very short staff, I said okay and was getting ready to leave and she rolled her eyes at me as I was leaving and not to mention had 2 other coworkers smiling and laughing like it was funny. After politely declining (twice) to move foward at the drive thru.. they said food wasn't ready (I simply ordered a big mac and a quarter pounder.. NOTHING special). I went through the Drive Thru after a 14 hour day. When the employee addressed me, I asked a question about a special to which he said they no longer offer. I said OK. Two seconds later I started my order. The screen started to show my order, but then other things were added. I repeated "no, no, no." After about a minute, I realize that he's taking another cars order. They had four orders for one car. After that I see my order start, but again there's other stuff. That's when I realized that he is taking another cars order. I pull forward to get in line to speak to a manager. When I get to the Pay Window I ask for a manager. Oscar tells me that the manager is upfront. I say "No, I want to speak to the manager here." This back and forth goes on about five times before he says "I'm a manager too," walks off, and gets someone else. A Hispanic lady comes up (No I'm not racist/prejudice, I'm Latino myself). I ask her her name, and after a few seconds pause, she says Rosalia. I tell her what happened and she says that there is only one person working the window, and that he is a manager too. Mind you four other employees are standing there nosily looking on. I explain again emphasizing that he started talking to me then took TWO car orders. I also reiterated that he did not tell me right away that he was a manager. She apologized and said that she would tell her boss (which is probably him). She didn't even ask if I still wanted to place an order; she just walked away. read more

"Not the first time this has happened" but always believe in second chances. Went through the drive through paid for food at first window, pulled up waiting for one car in front- watched the McDonald's employee hand bag of food to them, couple seconds later they customer hands bag back to employee. They are handed a new bag and leave we proceed to pull up and they hand us the bag they have to previous customer, my husband checks the order and the sausage biscuit is open in the bag. He tells the employee and he gives a song and dance ands says all is ok. We pulled out of drive through and my husband went in and told them he wanted a fresh order not and order someone has touched. The kid from drive through wanted to argue but my husband stopped him. It should be some type of policy to not give food to someone else once it leaves the drive thru window. It was a breezy saturday night at 11:45pm. Now from my perspective this mcdonalds was open accorrding to their website. So i waste my gas to drive two hours to this mcdonalds and i get there and proceed to the drive thru and i can see the workers inside running and screaming inside trying to hide from me. I sat there for 35 mins and they refused to take my order becuase they were hidng even though they werent even closed. This establishment needs major help.
